    • He has a point. However, I don't see that MSFT has a choice. Because of Google's near monopoly with online advertising, they have effectively become the MSFT of years past when the browser wars were all the rage. I would bet, a small sum but still bet, that if MSFT offered an online Office for a reasonable yearly subscription, they could maintain their market share. Google Docs can't really compare with Office yet, and a nominal subscription fee would fund the application until other sources of revenue kicked in.

    • I find this whole Google Vs. Microsoft debate interesting. In the end though, i think Microsoft will triumph over Google.
