In 1983 Apple launched Lisa, the Mac was still a year away, and I wasn't even born yet.
This is how Apple.com might have looked like 26 years ago.

    • I bet someone out there would pay 10,000 grand for the Lisa this just because it's vintage Apple. I know this dude that paid 6k for a mint 88 Mac. He's takin it apart and putting the newest hardware in it. Cool? Maybe not.

    • I remember a game called Apple Panic where you were a farmer with a shovel who needed to dig holes to trap apple-monsters that hunted you, then you had to fill other holes to reach ladders to climb to the top of the screen, thereby advancing to the next level.

    • We had a Franklin computer before a Mac at home. I remember it was better than the Apple IIe, and my friend had the IIc. The Franklin Ace 2000 (or 4000?) looked almost exactly like the IIe in the picture there. I think it was 2000 for 2MHz... maybe it had twice the ram instead of the faster chip, 2MB instead of 1? hmmmm........long time ago and I was a kid

    • Haha, thats wicked. Looks like someone has a bit too much time on their hands though. I remember playing about with an Apple 2 at primary school and being bitterly dissapointed that it wasn't as good as the BBC or Amstrad
