    • They have just realized how to make a netbook with out a flip-up screen... And Charge 300 Bucks More For It!!

It looks 10 times better than the first concept though.

Also AT&T will get the contracts and people will jailbreak them like always haha.

    • If this actually lasts until 2010, and becomes a product, then I will be excited. Until then, I'm perfectly comfortable with my iMac, and using PCs to fill in the holes in my house that don't have computers.

However, it would be cool to mount on the wall by my bed to serve as a sort of alarm clock.

    • LOL...well I can personally assure you that it's not going to be a oversized iPod, hence the name tablet. So it will be more then just a music player. Just think of your MacBook in a tablet form, maybe with less option and smaller specs (basically a netbook, in tablet form). It was rumored to be priced at $800, less if it goes to Verizon with contracts.

    • But then really Apple haven't announced anything yet so it is sill technically rumours.

Nobody even knows what the device is going to do, whether it be a bigger and more expensive iPod or a mini Macbook.

No point getting excited until the official announcement

    • does it explode, or does it just force you to spend all your hard earned cash in the app store and on itunes, by using "DRM" and "Copyright" scare tactics
