New Jersey Man is First to be Charged With Web Name Theft!

True III Dismissed our case against the defendants after six years of trying to get aJury trial. I was born here but, today I don't even feel like citizen anymore." Judge John M. True III who was quickly substituted into our case replacing The Honorable Judge Barbara Miller, took all that all away from all of us... when he ruled his own twisted subverted version of his law where and where he denied our right to our attorney and demanded that I represent my own case in court as Pro Se in court. By doing that Judge John M. True III denied our right to trial and right to equal justice under the law.

After six years of hell in our search for Justice.... Our Television Broadcast businesses G.A.P. International and our WIN-TV Project all now destroyed. My once perfect credit now ruined... My bank accounts liened... My corporations are now all in default. All of my good friends that believed in what we were doing and my family who all invested their money in me and in WIN-TV. Now... I owe money to all of them and, it's hard to even look at them anymore... I feel so bad about everything that happened. We had no warning that someone would commit such a theft against us and then steal all our mail and then try to destroy our business until it was too late.

Now, I find myself looking back after six years of living this nightmare. It seemed that the only thing that I had left after the theft was this one thing... My deep (false) embedded belief that "in the end, that Justice would prevail." With that belief, I moved forward spending over $100,000.00 in legal fees in the last six years in search of justice..

But unknown to us, the ultimate theft was yet to happen...

In the last six years I was in front of many fine Judges that I respected. But now, out of nowhere a new judge appeared, a judge that was substituted into our case as our trial judge “Judge Barbara Miller" disappeared. Like a scene from a bad movie from the first moment I was in front of Judge True he seemed hell-bent on one mission. A mission to destroy our case! I then watched him on April 10th reversing Judge Millers decisions and destroying our case after six years... Right in front of our eyes... It just didn't seem real! This type of stuff isn't supposed to happen.

One thing I know very well after six years of living in hell... That it is one thing being robbed like we were and seeing our business intentionally destroyed and then watch as everything we all had worked so very hard for so many years to build ruined. And then to find myself... to end up almost homeless where I am today, is totally devastating. But, the real crime here is when you do the right thing and expect something that what was promised to you as a right from birth. A pillar of your belief in America is then systematically stolen from you. As it was with us with our case after six long years of our search for justice. A long journey that ended in the theft our civil rights and the denial of equal justice under the law by the person we looked to for help.

WHEN CORPORATIONS AND CEO'S CAN USE OUR COURTS AS A TOOL TO SUBVERT THE FABRIC OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS THAT PROTECT ALL CITIZENS. THEN... WE ALL LOSE.

IN A SURPRISE TWIST: Our Trial Judge was quickly switched from The Honorable Barbara Miller to: Judge John M. True III.

OUR FIRST HEARING BEFORE JUDGE JOHN M. TRUE III ~ We were Denied our Constitutional Right to equal justice under the law.

" I was ordered by Judge True to represent our corporate case in trial." " I told Judge True NO! That I couldn't do that because I am not an attorney and I wasn't qualified and that we already had an Attorney." Judge True III replied: [quote] "That if I SAID THAT YOU would have to represent yourself - Then... that's exactly what you will have to do!... So, Deal With It-!!!!" . [end quote].

By doing that Judge John M. True III first denied us our Constitutional Right to equal justice under the law and then soon after Judge John M. True III... denied our Second Constitutional Right... The Right to a Trial.

The JULY 20th HEARING RESULTS:
Judge True followed through with his threat he made to us in June, and ruled to dismiss our case against the defendants. He explained that the reason he dismissed the case was because of his previous ruling on June 10, 2009: (When he moved forward to have a trial "without Plaintiff's attorney present"). Judge John M. True went on to say that because of his ruling on June 10th, that the Plaintiffs didn't have any damages or any case left to fight. He then ruled to dismissed all charges against the defendants. By doing that Judge John M. True III denied our Constitutional Right to a Trial for the crimes committed against us.

AN ADDITIONAL ACTION: A MONETARY JUDGEMENT WILL BE GRANTED AGAINST US:
Judge John M.True III had stated that; "He will be granting a judgement against us to pay for all the defendants legal expenses". (A figure after six years could very well be as high as $1 Million dollars.)

OUR FUTURE:
We are now seeking additional funding for an Appeal and for a complete formal investigation into the replacement of Judge Barbara Miller and the odd rulings and Judicial actions exhibited in the court by Judge John M. True III.

We were intentionally denied our rights to a Trial and to Justice for the crimes that were committed against us.

We not only ask for our Constitutional rights... We Demand them !

Our experiance with internet theft started the same way as the crime mentioned above... But, our crime was then followed by multiple criminal act(s) continuing through to today. Now six years after the theft(s) we have continued to be victimized by the perpetrators additional crimes against us. (so far) we have had much different results in our search for justice.

Maybe this latest arrest in New Jersey, indicates a new look at internet and corporate crime and also our crimes.

This is our story, about our search for justice. A six year detour in our lives which began when we were targeted by criminals and Internet and corporate crime. Looking back, it all started first with an embezzlement in October of 2003, that first theft lead to the theft of our broadcast network's web site www.gapinternational.com and all its email. But, that was just the beginning and soon would lead to more crime and retaliations against us and all our remaining three WIN-Tv websites. (including all our investor's email). These second theft(s) happened two months after the first theft on December 07,2003 and only after we discovered the first theft and called the Pennsylvania Company who had taken our first website threatening legal action if they didn't return our property. "Three hours" after that call... we were retaliated against and all of our WIN-TV web sites were stolen. From that point to where we are today we lost everything, all email and all websites in a plan to destroy our communication with our investors and our first round funding. Now six years later, $100,000.00 in legal costs and, still no justice for any of the thefts or Federal & international crimes. (So far), we have never been able to recover our property.

Since the theft(s) we have been hit by a war of money, influence and power against a large corporation with self-claimed "Deep Government Connections". in our attempts to get Justice and get our day before a Jury and recover our property, what we have been witness to in the last few months is very odd and shocking maneuvers in the court room along with other irregular continuing actions outside the court room.

Justice is a right of every citizen... it is not an option. A Judge is an employee like any other employee of the county or of the state and is paid a wage to provide a service for which he is entrusted to provide. A Judge is neither a God nor a King. He has a prime responsibility see that all citizens are administered a fair and equal Justice under the law as written in our constitution. His schedule, the courts schedule, personal ego and granted power of discretionary judgement are secondary to the supreme act of overseeing that every citizen receive their constitutional rights and equal justice under the law.
