When I was made aware of the Sibel Edmonds case and these Turkish Business interests with their deep US Government connections. Turkish agents embedded inside our FBI & Department of Defense, as well as high ranking paid US Political operatives she names inside the White House. That was a huge turning point for us!!!

I am not Journalist, I am a victim of theft. I am here by necessity, fighting forces much lager than us.

Before we were aware of what Sibel was doing... We have been trying to understand the last six years... and wondering why both the FBI and DOJ had done nothing! Only to witness to what appeared to be open "Judicial Corruption" by a sitting Superior Court Judge in the California court room. We watched as we were systematically and openly denied our constitutional rights to out attorney and to trial for the crimes committed against us.

That has opened our eyes and gave us the answers to our questions of WHY and WHO and... the reasons behind why these people (the defendants) continued to attack us and now both our corporations without any fear of the Police or the FBI. Openly continuing these attacks and breaking federal Laws repetitively for the next six years.

But unknown to us, the ultimate theft was yet to happen...

THE DENIAL OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO OUR ATTORNEY.

After six years, winning in Federal Court and winning two summery Judgments... Out of nowhere a new judge appeared, a judge that was substituted into our case as our trial judge “Judge Barbara Miller" mysteriously disappeared. Like a scene from a bad movie from the first moment I was in front of Judge True he seemed hell-bent on one mission. A mission to destroy our case! I then watched him on April 10th reversing Judge Millers decisions and destroying our case after six years... Right in front of our eyes... It just didn't seem real! This type of stuff isn't supposed to happen.

On August 04, 2009, John M. True took all that all away from all of us when he ruled from the bench... his own twisted version of the law, (1) denying our right to our attorney and then (2) demanded that I represent my own case in court as Pro Se. " I told him NO! That I couldn't do that because, I Am Not An Attorney, (3) I am Not qualified nor I want to be an Attorney, and (4) That we already have an Attorney.! Judge True III replied: [quote] "That if I said that YOU would have to represent yourself - Then... that's exactly what you will have to do!... SO, DEAL WITH IT-!!!!" . [end quote].

By doing that Judge John M. True III denied us our Constitutional Right to equal justice under the law and also our right to trial.

After six years of hell in our search for Justice.... Watching our Television Broadcast businesses G.A.P. International and our WIN-TV Television Network all intentionally targeted and destroyed by the Defendants. My once perfect credit now - Ruined... My bank accounts - Liened... My corporations now all - in Default. All of my good friends and family that believed in WIN-TV and invested in me and, what we were doing. We never could have imagined that someone would commit such theft(s) against us, then continue to attack us and hack and steal our email to & from our investors... targeting our cash flow until... it was too late.

Today, I find myself looking back after six years of living this nightmare. It seemed that the only thing that I had left directly after the theft, was this one thing... My deep (but false) embedded belief that "in the end, that Justice would prevail." With that belief,
I moved forward spending over $1,00000.00 in legal fees in the last six years in our search of justice..

BUT, THE BIG QUESTION IS:
What kind of people feel that they are above the law?

What kind of people would find it so important to intentionally destroy the lives of so many people and destroy not one corporation... but then after we threatened legal action, then attacking our other corporation WIN-TV?

What kind of people can it justified to attack my life and the voice of the indigenous People WIN-TV~
