a legal contract is "payment for goods and services with a receipt" if Worst Buy does not honor their error, they can be forced to honor it in a court of law.

I think there are laws about posting prices and then refusing sales at that price... At least that's how it is in California.
Not that it matters. Not likely a judge would uphold that law with an error this huge! The price of taking them to court would negate the savings anyway.
