SEC bans ticketed fans from posting event photos and videos to social media

The SEC clarification on use of social media by fans has caused more confusion, leading Mashable to declare vistorcy for fans. Journalists, however, say otherwise and are petitioning the SEC to back off. Plus, aren't SEC games on state property? How can they limit fans from sharing their experience at state funded games?
