Food printer (yes, it really does print food!)

I just had to share this with you because it's so darn cool.

It's not available yet, it's a printer of the future, hopefully it will be coming to a kitchen near you soon...

It’s based on a layer-by-layer printing technique that arranges small particles from a set of ingredients. Within minutes, it prints out three-dimensional desserts, complex structures, shapes for molecular dishes, and patterns for decorating a meal.

Initially it will just be blister packs which will make specific food items but there is great potential to be able to make your own desserts and recipes with special software.
