This reminds me of my primary school days, when my teacher would shout (literally) at anyone who was typing capital letters using the CAPS-lock key, as opposed to the Shift key...He had a serious hate for CAPS-lock key :s

Caps lock is annoying in it's self, but throw in that she highlighted stuff in red too and I'm not surprised people didn't appreciate her e-mails!
The sacking was obviously too harsh though or she wouldn't of got the 7k out of them.
Maybe there should be e-mail training courses to avoid this kind of thing....

Gotta say, it does kinda annoy me when ppl realise they have capslock on and don't bother to take it off. FIRING HER IS A BIT UNNECESSARY THOUGH....OOPS, CAPSLOCK.
