COOL concept! I keep seeing a lot more information on urban farming, and how to make the most out of the space you have.
Many scientists are now designing concepts to make entire towers dedicated to farming! Imagine if the food the city needs can be produced right in the heart of the city!

like community farm space? or corporate and government owned. bc there something kind of suspect about buying food from a corporate owned greenhouse. case in point, look at companies like monsanto
