Electronic cigarettes are really the best alternative there is. The fact that it contains very minimal amount of nicotine and no other harmful substance unlike in regular cigarettes. Personally, VirtuSmoke has made me very aware of the health problems I could be getting if I won't stop on the regular tobacco.
