    • If it ever gets passed in the Us it will be good news. There are several ISP's over there (Comcast for example) that have been actively throttling bandwidth for a number of years, mainly on P2P traffic.

      I would hope the UK would follow too but I'm not going to hold my breath, I'm on Virgin and its not too bad really unless I totally take the piss
