CCTV set to predict incidents before they happen

CCTV on buses are to have a "Minority Report" style upgrade -- a recent research project shows CCTVs predicting violent/anti-social incidents before they happen.

The CCTV systems were tested in laboratory conditions, scanning the passengers on a bus for suspicious behaviour associated with crime before sending live pictures to operation rooms. this information allows controllers to send out task forces or alert the bus driver to the situation.

I am very sure that this CCTV 'intelligence' wont be a good thing, as it is not easy to determine what suspicious behaviour is.
