If this blocked all microwave emissions it could come in handy for places where you don't want cell phones ringing. It could also be used by people that live near cell towers if they feel the tower is impacting their health. I could see some uses for this paint.
As for securing your WiFi connection I agree they come with many free security features that anyone of average intelligence can lean to use. If you don't "speak" computers I'm sure paying a Tech to set up your WiFi security would be way cheaper than buying special paint and spending a weekend of your free time painting.
