Acer's new dual-booting netbook boasts Android AND Windows 7

Acer have revealed their new netbook runs two OSes, Android and Windows 7. Users will be able to boot the system to either operating system - depending on what they require of the machine at the time.

The idea behind the dual-booting is that Android is all that's needed for a bit of interweb surfing on the go, but not all that great for anything too heavy. Whereas Windows 7 can do some serious number crunching for those more intensive tasks when you're near a power outlet.
