Definite case of keeping your enemies close as a 21 year old who created the first iPhone worm has just been given a job developing software for iPhones.
Ashley Towns wrote Ikee, a self-propagating worm that Rick Rolled the iPhone - or rather changed the phone's wallpaper to a picture of the 80's star.
Tech companies are not happy about this. Graham Cluley of Security firm Sophos said "It leaves a nasty taste that he has been rewarded like this, yet has not even expressed regret for his actions"
Even though Towns says the worm was not malicious, worms like this could redirect iPhone users to phishing sites or more damaging sites than Rick Astley's face.
