The world's first transparent toaster has gone on sale.
The £160 Magimix Vision provides its users with unparalleled viewing of their toast as it cooks. Instead of traditional metal elements the toaster uses quartz crystals to cook the bread.
Just one thought, I normally burn toast when I step away from it to go and answer the phone and forget about it, the fact that I could see my toast burn would not save me in such circumstances however lovely the toaster may look.
