    • Why Waterboard only the former officials? Remember that Obama has hired most of the Bush officials and they are still in place.

    • there were extra blasts in the lower floors of the buildings.......the heat and gravity alone may have brought the towers down, yet they wanted to make sure....

    • Maybe we should waterboard a few top officials of the former administration until we get the truth about what happened.
They seemed to be very adamant that waterboarding was the only way to get to the truth.
This seems like an excellent test of their assertions.

    • I don't believe it. Even a blow torch will not create sufficient heat to cause this steel to crumble. Acetylene torches would take too long time to cut through one of these structural steel buildings. The people will get away with it since it was an insurance deal, you just might say it was also a start for our economic collapse. As long as the pepetrators like goldman Sachs are allowed to get away with their criminal activities, our total economic collapse is inevitable.

    • "The third tower was occupied by the Secret Service, the CIA, the Department of Defense and the Office of Emergency Management, which would co-ordinate any response to a disaster or a terrorist attack."

Is this the motivation? I mean assuming there really was a conspiracy to induce a blind rage in the American people so the Patriot Act could sneak through, why destroy Tower Seven? It was totally unecessary.

    • The sad thing about all of this, is that the real culprits behind this... are walking their dogs in Texas and Wyoming like nothing happen.

They will never be arrested and will never be sent to jail because Bush Sr. has all the connections needed to help his son and his buddy Dick.

    • Oh Bush was no mastermind but he did surround himself with people who had been plotting and planning for many years before he even thought of running for president.

They told him what needed to be done and bush was the "decider!"

Furthermore, anyone who thinks the government had no idea this was coming (9/11 attack) is just naive. Clinton is just as culpable for not pursuing Osama vigorously during his tenure. It is ultimately Clinton's fault it happened and the Bush Administration capitalized on this failure so they could begin their new world order. Paul Wolfolwitz had an invasion plan for Iraq that was implemented within one month of 9/11. Look that fact up.

Just look at the connections and don't discount how powerful these people are.

      Very sad for us all.

Hi Banshee...agree...I'm still confused about flight instructor teaching one of the hijackers how to fly a plane, and he explicitely expressed, he didn't need to know how to land...or was this just scuttlebutt...

    • I have one site that every American should visit. It is not a conspiracy theory site. This is an official site for a think-tank group, that worked with the likes of Jeb Bush, Paul Wolfowitz, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, and many other unfavorable characters that are listed on the "Statement of Principles" page. This site helps outline their agenda, properly titled "Project for The New American Century".

      http://www.newamericancentury.org/

I would have liked to have had the time to quote their statements of embracing strong American leadership abroad, whether it be through political or military means, and needing an event like Pearl Harbor to allow for certain measures to be taken. Remember, this is straight from the people that were orchestrating everything for the last eight years; the alleged U.S. government. Skeptics and believers, this really is something worth checking out and sharing with others.

    • I don't agree with the 9/11 Truthers, but I'm glad questions are being asked. For the record, I don't think it's beneath the government to kill US citizens, I just think it's a risk that they wouldn't have needed to take. They all ready do whatever they want, so what'd be the point?

At that time, the Bush Administration was having a very difficult time selling the war in Iraq and Bush had a super hard on for removing Saddam Hussien. This was also an inept administration, so it is easy to conclude that this action was orchestrated by idiots that could not come up with a better reason to invade Iraq. Big lie, big reason to plunder the treasury and wage a personal war based on lies.

I'm not a "truther" either, but considering that twice as many soldiers have died in the name of 9/11 since 9/11, and the countless civilians. Sure, its obvious that our gov could care less about civilians...

Check out this site, let me know what your thoughts are. This is an official site of think-tank group that worked with the Bushes, Paul Wolfowitz, Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney, Dan Quayle, and many others listed on the "Statement of Principles" page. This was formed in early 1997, and lasted until 2006.

      I disagree EdJoy.

While I believe the Bush administration purposely ignored credible intelligence about Bin Laden's threats, in the hopes of an event occurring that would create an opportunity, I do not believe they orchestrated this.

It was executed with competence, precision and coordination. Hardly the fingerprints of a NeoCon administration.

Bush barely has a mind, but Cheney is like an evil, genius Bond villain. The agenda was not his alone. I personally do not know whether or not the Bush administration did have anything to do with 9/11. I can see why there are people who would see that it is plausible. I am merely speculating because it is all I can do.

    • 9/11 has always struck me as one of those lies that are so big people do not suspect that they are lies. It sure made all of Dubya's premeditated agendas go more smoothly than they would have. Just sayin'.

    • The National Geographic TV channel has aired a documentary entitled: "9/11
Conspiracy vs Science". I'm normally a skeptical, cautious person, and I intensely dislike being caught up in any wave of hysteria because if there's one thing my behavioural science background has taught me it's to be rational. The documentary points out why the aluminum reacting to the aviation fuel caused the thermite dust. Why the towers were not up to code, because the flame retardant insulation was instantly knocked away by the collision. And how the aviation fuel ignited a firestorm of every other combustable material present superheating the warped, and buckled pillars. And that it was the sheer weight of the top floors, which when their support gave way, came crashing down. Oh,I don't doubt that it appeared as though a demolition had gone on. But appearances can be deceiving. When they talked to a demolition crew, and they talked of the logistics of sending men into a building to set it up for demolition, they speculated on how many men, and how much time it would take to accomplish an intentional job of demolishing the WTC from the inside. That it was extremely improbable any amount of people could do that unnoticed, in secret, in the time it took to redo the elevators. There's a difference between skepticism, and paranoid delusion. I'm not a truther. Though on the other hand,Bush/Cheny, the CIA, the FBI et al all knew it was coming, on schedule, as they were tracking it. And I am cynical enough to believe those bloody bastards wanted it to happen because they would exploit it, and make a ton of cash from it for the next 8 years, though it would cause untold death, misery, poverty, and suffering by the Iraquis, and Afghanistanis all for the benefit of the Saudis whom Bush was working for. Especialy the Bin Ladins. And, yeah, I saw Michael Moore's documentary Fahrenheit 9/11 also. Burn me once, shame on you. Burn me twice, shame on me.

Then how do you explain building 7 which wasn't hit by anything and collapsed in pancake fashion in a matter of seconds? How do you explain that fact people that were there heard explosions before the planes hit?

multiple floors were closed off prior to 9/11 for "maitenance" done by a company owned by Jeb Bush, the same guy that had him "win" florida by blocking a recount. of course he had help from the brand new fox "news" by saying he "won" after EVERY other outlet gave the state to gore. but thats besides the point. why did they allow bin ladens family, who was in america at the time, to leave the country? why were they the ONLY plane in the sky after EVERY flight was cancelled? why did they send nearly all the debris (evidence) to China for scrap VERY soon after it fell? stopping a thorough csi investigation. they wanted to rebuild quickly? its been how long and they still havent rebuilt? did they explain why were was an explosion in the lobby & basement? cause there was people & video who were present at the time. iam as skeptical, cautious & rational as you appear to be but they cant hide the truth forever. just as a side note. do you know if they ever said were bush was missing for 3 days when john f kennedy jrs planed crashed? just wondering if national geographic gave an "explaination" on that one as well.
