Some FAILs, that I don’t think are FAILs #8

Sometimes people decide to call things FAILs, when they aren’t really that FAIL. I try to find the glimmer of goodness in everything, so this is another edition of some FAILs that I don’t think are really FAILs.

Oh so when a terrorist decides to surrender we call that a FAIL? I think that sounds a lot more like a WIN. Homeland security, if you set up more booths at more conventions, more terrorists will turn themselves in.

If you ever need to evacuate from a mall in Mexico its best to follow the designated route. If you have trouble escaping you might say "it's a bitch of an evacuation" and this is how you'd say it in Spanish.

How could this be a FAIL? It's an engineering miracle. The contractors have figured out a way to develop the world's first invisible balcony.

CAPTCHA just wants to be sure that you aren't some sort of robotic sex fiend. That would spark the end of civilization as we know it.

I've never seen Harry Potter, but people seem to like it. So just because you didn't like how the book ended does not make this a FAIL.

A mother learns to love anything that comes out of her, this is no exception. Show some compassion and support this mother's love.

Is this really a FAIL? This bag appears to be black, but have you considered that the picture of this green bag was underexposed thus giving the dark appearance. (FAIL bag via smurph25)
