No more Youtube as we know it: Youtube Vs. Viacom

While the YouTube community has hundreds of thousands of videos removed 'accidentally' {claims Viacom} for falsely claimed plagiarized and unauthorized use of media clips, Viacom sues for compensation for only "63,000" supposed unauthorized clips.

The main point of legal battle: Viacom wants YouTube (creators, company and all) to be held accountable for posted content of all users.

While famous YouTube-ers, Hollywood studios, and Silicon Valley side with YouTube, the legal battle with Viacom rages on.
