The upcoming changes at Digg are both exciting and terrifying for publishers and promoters across the Internet. As a long-time distributor of traffic, it is the cornerstone of many marketing strategies and the source of a good chunk of the unique visitors that hit hundreds of websites a week. Will the changes favor larger publications like NY Times, Huffington Post, and Techcrunch to the point that smaller websites get nothing from Digg.
