    • it's strange though, no one including myself that I know has had this "reception" problem. As far as I know it's an AT&T problem. Verizon is in the works, so that should dispel more rumors.

If it's common enough to be extremely widely experienced and complained about, then trust me: it's a problem
In terms of debugging errors with things: plenty of times I've not experienced any issues at all with something, no matter what I do, but that doesn't stop hundreds of users complaining to me daily that they're having trouble.

The iphone does have actual reception issues, these have been categorically confirmed by Apple themselves. No amount of misguided brand loyalty will make that go away. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time, Apple has made one here, move on.

And for those who have trouble, there are plenty of equivalent or better phones out there. They're not hard to find.

    • ahahahaha... they release buggy shitty drm filled hardware knowing people will buy them. they don't even bother bug testing. i mean join any open-source mailing list like the ones for lumiera, ubuntu... they spend weeks debating on what colours to use on the wallpaper that comes with the o.s. let alone drivers and functionality.
