I hear that but in the EU it is just as bad if not worse! in fact I've yet to find a western country that doesn't use intrusive security measures! I've been looking because the USA has become a police state and I want out of here!

Our economy is continually spiraing downward to a depression that's going to make the 1930's look like a tea party, we are still in a war that we perpretrated committing genocide for no reason other than greed, other countries enjoy freedoms we can only dream about in the USA (gay marriage, pure untainted food), and people worry about whether someone is going to see their rendition of Terminator 2's evil liquid metal guy. ) , LOL! No problem. I've been researching these body scanners since they first hit the airports. They really are bad news. The naked photos are just the tip of the iceberg. Notice how when you get an x-ray at a hospital the person who takes the photo goes behind a lead wall so they aren't' exposed to the radiation? They also cover up parts of your body that aren't being x-rayed? Well these power tripping TSA workers are getting dosages of radiations from these machines all day long. I'm willing to bet the bank that in the near future TSA workers start filing complaints and becoming very ill and dying off because of the radiation from these machines.

They probably don't "cause" cancer any more than a tanning bed causes cancer, but if you had a tanning bed session then went though 3 or 4 successive airport scans while using almost non-stop plastic devices ~like cellphones and handheld computers iPods Kindles whatever~ in the space of a couple weeks then we're talking accumulation of carcinogens.

The Bisphenol-A is released from the plastic by sweat and heat and is absorbed directly through heat-widened skin pores. Basically Almibry we're talking landfill leachate albeit in small regular doses. Kind of explains why young people are being dumbed down to one degree or another. Can't count money back when working a cash register. Simple stuff begins to be a mental challenge much like what happens to us from Lead or Mercury poisoning.

Memory loss becomes apparent before cancer sets in. So really these scanners,as long as they are isolated by cherry picked "experts" and considered alone they can proclaim everybody's wrong. They used the same psychological tricks to say cellphones don't cause a brain cancer.

They can't count money back because they didn't learn on the old school registers that required people to think. The machine tells them what the change amount should be.

Yep. I watched it begin in 1980.

Even on the registers that tell the cashier what the change should be, I've seen cashiers struggle with counting out the change because some math skills are required to decide how many of which bills/coins need to be passed out. It could be stupidity, lack of practice, or maybe it's just a bad day, but it's still pretty sad.

Of course way back in 1980 I didn't know any more about Bisphenol-A being in plastics than anyone else. Without computers to spread knowledge around we were sheep without a herd easily picked off by snipers.

They might as well just ask us all to strip down and get into a line at the security gate at the airport. It would save us all the cancer risks and they're doing the exact same thing anyway stripping it us down with their scanner.

Nobody is drooling over these images and this story in no way reflects the TSA. Whether I think the government is or should be honest about everything is irrelevant. The fact is your headline does lie, the fed government never said they anything about not allowing images in federal courthouses to be saved.

Do your research, the images are not to be saved be it by TSA or the feds or who ever. Yeah right nobody is drooling over these images.. oh is that why they are saved? No logical answer was given as to why they saved so many images.. feds always lied.. be it in this case or any other one. you are too naive...
