It's a bug's life: close up macro shots of insects

Amateur photographer John Hallmén likes bugs lots and photographs them in a nature reserve in his house in Stockholm, Sweden, whenever he gets the chance.

Using a mixture of studio and alfresco shots John magnifies the insects to show the beautiful colour and detail of his subjects.
