Bill Gates: Register Every Birth by Cellphone To Ensure Vaccination, Control Population Growth

GLOBALPOLITICAL
On the tails of a recent TED conference where Bill Gates stated that vaccines need to be used to reduce world population figures, he added more to this insanity last week with a keynote address at the mHealth Summit, an annual gathering whose supposedly focuses on improving health care through mobile technology.
Gates told an audience of more than 2,000 that if we could register every worldwide birth on a cell phone, we could ensure that children receive the proper vaccines. He also said the key to controlling population growth is to save the lives of children under 5; and the next big thing in technology is robots.
Gates said computing technology has been great for health care, and there are plenty of opportunities to use the cell phone in clinic settings. Although he noted that some places which need mhealth technology the most may not be able to fully benefit from it.
“We have to approach these things with some humility,” he said. “There’s not Internet connections back there. Often [patients are too sick] for some cell phone thing to do something for them.”
Gates said the key health care metric that we as a society should be trying to improve is one that is in the front of his mind all the time–the number of children who die before age 5. Today, he said the number is 8.5 million; in 1960 it was 20 million.
“About one-third [of that improvement] is by increasing income,” he said. “The majority has been through vaccines. Vaccines will be the key. If you could register every birth on a cell phone—get fingerprints, get a location—then you could [set up] systems to make sure the immunizations happen.”
Gates said he’d like to see a birth registration system, and because it’s a new technology, “we should let 1,000 new ideas blossom.”
He said vaccination rates in poorer areas, such as northern Nigeria and northern India, are below 50 percent, and mobile technology could make a significant difference.
“When I think about the biggest impacts, I think aobut patient reminders,” Gates said. He explained that technology could help remind people to take the TB drugs regularly or remind mothers to do certain things in their child’s first year of life.
He also said technology will be important in monitoring the supply chain (i.e. making sure there aren’t counterfeits among vaccinations and medications) as well as saving lives on the ground. “Malaria and TB are going to be the first things where you say, ‘Wow, without this mobile application, all these people would have died.’”
Gates told the audience that there is no such thing as a healthy, high-population growth country. “If you’re healthy, you’re low-population growth,” he said.
While most of us assume that saving the lives of children will contribute to overpopulation, Gates said the contrary is true.
“The key thing, the most important fact that people should know and make sure other people know: As you save children under 5, that is the thing that reduces population growth. That sounds paradoxal. The fact is that within a decade of improving health outcomes, parents decide to have less children.
“As the world grows from 6 billion to 9 billion, all of that population growth is in urban slums,” he said. “Slums is a growing businesses. It’s a very interesting problem.”
He said no matter what we care about—the environment, schools, nutrition, conflict—the issues are insoluble at 3 percent population growth per year. “Nobody can handle that type of situation, so the best thing you can do is avoid those deaths.”
He said we are in a tough time for foreign aid, and governments are cutting their budgets in response to the financial climate. “The U.K. is quite exemplary,” he said. “They set aside their aid budget and are on track to keep their commitment. It will grow while they cut the rest of their budget. I hope it doesn’t get cut here in the U.S., but I’ll say I’m quite concerned that it will be.”
Gates said he has resorted to pleading for money. “I’m a beggar now,” he said. “I go around and beg governments for the final [millions of dollars] needed to eradicate polio. The financial component may be why it doesn’t get done.”
When asked what’s next in our technological advancement, Gates said there’s no doubt it’s robots. “If you don’t want to go to a convention,” he said, “just send a robot. “When we look at something like infant mortality, there’s a certain level you can’t get below if you can’t do C-sections.” He said doing a caesarean section delivery requires a sterile environment, but Gates said it’s fairly routine, so it could be done by a robot.
He said that we are moving from computers sitting idle while we type; to those that can see us and have high-end applications; to computers that allow us to move and connect with other users in applications like Xbox.
“Computers are learning to see, learning to talk ,learning to listen, learning to move around,” Gates said. “The dexterity things are maybe five years behind.” But he said once a robot learns a task, “it doesn’t forget how to do it. It can do it 24 hours a day.”
Gates used an example in South Africa to illustrate how health education doesn’t always lead to behavior change. He said the Gates Foundation partnered with the Kaiser Family Foundation to educate young people about HIV, with several types of outreach, including billboards. When interviewed, there was no question that the young people understood what caused HIV, but there were not significant behavior changes, because in their minds, the disease was in the distant future.
“If AIDS killed you immediately, things would be better because you’d see these piles of bodies outside bars [and think], ‘I don’t want to go in there… looks suspicious.’ It’s these discontinuities that are the problem,” Gates said. “If all the poor people lived in your neighborhood we wouldn’t have problems with foreign aid.”
The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, along with David Rockefeller’s Rockefeller Foundation, the creators of the GMO biotechnology, are also financing a project called The Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) headed by former UN chief, Kofi Annan. Accepting the role as AGRA head in June 2007 Annan expressed his “gratitude to the Rockefeller Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and all others who support our African campaign.” The AGRA board is dominated by people from both the Gates’ and Rockefeller foundations.

    • i think vaccinations are a good thing. but because we're in the age of genetics, new viruses are being invented and their vaccines are sold in mass. this is the future. natural diseases will be no threat to us compared to the invented ones. and given how the H1N1 vaccine was pushed on us, there is no doubt in my mind it was only about profits and not about health.

how can one justify vaccinations, but then say they want to aid in population reduction, unless the vaccines they're promoting DO the population reduction.

    • Microsoft founder and one of the world’s wealthiest men, Bill Gates, projects an image of a benign philanthropist using his billions via his (tax exempt) Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, to tackle diseases, solve food shortages in Africa and alleviate poverty. In a recent conference in California, Gates reveals a less public agenda of his philanthropy—population reduction, otherwise known as eugenics.

Gates made his remarks to the invitation-only Long Beach, California TED2010 Conference, in a speech titled, “Innovating to Zero!.” Along with the scientifically absurd proposition of reducing manmade CO2 emissions worldwide to zero by 2050, approximately four and a half minutes into the talk, Gates declares, "First we got population. The world today has 6.8 billion people. That's headed up to about 9 billion. Now if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we lower that by perhaps 10 or 15 percent."1 (author’s emphasis).
In plain English, one of the most powerful men in the world states clearly that he expects vaccines to be used to reduce population growth. When Bill Gates speaks about vaccines, he speaks with authority. In January 2010 at the elite Davos World Economic Forum, Gates announced his foundation would give $10 billion (circa €7.5 billion) over the next decade to develop and deliver new vaccines to children in the developing world. 2
The primary focus of his multi-billion dollar Gates Foundation is vaccinations, especially in Africa and other underdeveloped countries. Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is a founding member of the GAVI Alliance (Global Alliance for Vaccinations and Immunization) in partnership with the World Bank, WHO and the vaccine industry. The goal of GAVI is to vaccinate every newborn child in the developing world.
Now that sounds like noble philanthropic work. The problem is that the vaccine industry has been repeatedly caught dumping dangerous—meaning unsafe because untested or proven harmful—vaccines onto unwitting Third World populations when they cannot get rid of the vaccines in the West. 3 Some organizations have suggested that the true aim of the vaccinations is to make people sicker and even more susceptible to disease and premature death.4
Dumping toxins on the Third World
In the aftermath of the most recent unnecessary Pandemic declaration of a global H1N1 swine flu emergency, industrial countries were left sitting on hundreds of millions of doses of untested vaccines. They decided to get rid of the embarrassing leftover drugs by handing them over to the WHO which in turn plans to dump them for free on select poor countries. France has given 91 million of the 94 million doses the Sarkozy government bought from the pharma giants; Britain gave 55 million of its 60 million doses. The story for Germany and Norway is similar.5
As Dr. Thomas Jefferson, an epidemiologist with the Cochrane Research Center in Rome noted, “Why do they give the vaccines to the developing countries at all? The pandemic has been called off in most parts of the world. The greatest threat in poor countries right now is heart and circulatory diseases while the virus figures at the bottom of the list. What is the medical reason for donating 180 million doses?” 6 As well, flu is a minor problem in countries with abundant sunshine, and it turned out that the feared H1N1 Pandemic “new great plague” was the mildest flu on record.
The pharmaceutical vaccine makers do not speak about the enormous health damage from infant vaccination including autism and numerous neuro-muscular deformities that have been traced back to the toxic adjuvants and preservatives used in most vaccines. Many vaccines, especially multi-dose vaccines that are made more cheaply for sale to the Third World, contain something called Thimerosal (Thiomersol in the EU), a compound (sodium ethylmercurithiosalicylate), containing some 50% mercury, used as a preservative.
In July 1999 the US’ National Vaccine Information Center declared in a press release that, "The cumulative effects of ingesting mercury can cause brain damage." The same month, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) alerted the public about the possible health effects associated with thimerosal-containing vaccines. They strongly recommended that thimerosal be removed from vaccines as soon as possible. Under the directive of the FDA Modernization Act of 1997, the Food and Drug Administration also determined that infants who received several thimerosal-containing vaccines may be receiving mercury exposure over and above the recommended federal guidelines.7
      A new form of eugenics?

    • In the late forties and early fifties was the first time I remember reading short articles from the United Nations and other sources regarding the projections of human population and food production. It seemed relatively alarmist at the time, but nobody paid any real attention-at least nobody in the well-fed mid-western USA corn belt anyway.
At that time, international cropland was projected to stay the same, grain yields were to stay the same, basically everything was to stay the same with this great dark cloud on the human horizon called hopelessness. But agricultural productivity has kept pace- with some concerns-like what are we really eating?
Then the same types of articles would appear regarding the availability of health care to all peoples. We had nasty diseases-polio, TB, Malaria-still do, but contained for the most part here. Medical genius to the rescue! Unfortunately, we also had other pharmaceutical issues-like thalidomide...Lucky for us, the Europeans took that drug on the nose more so than we did. But it increased awareness to perhaps NOT take too much man made and impossible to totally research medicine...nobody listening there either.
      Good luck.
My entire lifetime has been spent waiting for these time bombs to really explode. Who gets what, when for how much? No "ist or ism" has come forward to address this situation except gulpism...When you take your last gulp, someone else will have more of everything-maybe.

I have already provided the proof. I have posted numerous links to articles and videos which will get you started on the your search for truth. Besides, the video posted in the original article shows Bill Gates lumping vaccines, reproductive health, etc together as the primary way to reduce the population. Then, you look at his funding of vaccines and vaccine distribution in Africa, for instance, where literally thousands of girls and women were required to receive vaccinations in order to work; the women/girls who were pregnant lost the child, and the they were sterile following the vaccinations.

The Black Holocaust, Documentary, is another excellent source of information about the Eugenicist Movement and the African-American population.

Planned Parenthood is the largest abortion provider in America. 78% of their clinics are in minority communities. Blacks make up 12% of the population, but 35% of the abortions in America. Are we being targeted? Isn't that genocide? We are the only minority in America that is on the decline in population. If the current trend continues, by 2038 the black vote will be insignificant. Did you know that the founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger, was a devout racist who created the Negro Project designed to sterilize unknowing black women and others she deemed as undesirables of society? The founder of Planned Parenthood said, "Colored people are like human weeds and are to be exterminated." Is her vision being fulfilled today?
      http://www.blackgenocide.org/planned....

n America today, almost as many African-American children
are aborted as are born. A black baby is three times more likely to be
murdered in the womb than a white baby. Since 1973, abortion has reduced the black population by over 25 percent.Twice as many African-Americans have died from abortion than have died from
AIDS, accidents, violent crimes, cancer, and heart disease combined.
Every three days, more African-Americans are killed by abortion than
have been killed by the Ku Klux Klan in its entire history.
Planned Parenthood operates the nation's largest chain of abortion clinics and
almost 80 percent of its facilities are located in minority neighborhoods.
About 13 percent of American women are black, but they
submit to over 35 percent of the abortions.

It has everything to do with the Gates Foundation. The Gates Foundation funds vaccines designed to caused miscarriage and infertility. The Eugenics Movement does the same the thing. Since Gates like to use equations, I have a real simple one for him.
if a (GF) equals b (vaccines/infertility/forced abortion) and b equals c (Eugenics Movement), then a equals c. Gates is a Eugenicist!

You know, people like Bill Gates, work hard to conceal their real motives. If you want to believe that Bill Gates is a good person, I can't change your mind. I don't have the time or energy to try. What you must do is research the related topics/issues for yourself; connect the dots; not always easy, and then, you will see. You can call me Conspiracy "NUT" if you choose, but it doesn't change the fact that Bill Gates does NOT have your best interest at heart.

A video of Bill Gates saying: "Hi my name is Bill Gates, I am a eugenicist." ??

He can be the most hardcore eugenicist on the planet, I guarantee he is not so stupid as to openly and verbally express his eugenicist views.

So no, if you need an express statement from Bill Gates saying he is a eugenicist in order for you to understand his subjective intent, you will not get it.

But speaking in legal terms. Subjective Intent, can be inferred from actions. I've already went through with you what can be inferred from the Bill & Linda Gates foundation action of only targeting Africans and third world countries for population reduction. (See my post below)

    • GLOBALPOLITICAL:

How is sustainable populations a myth or hoax? It's pretty clear logic:

People need resources like medical services, food, water and energy.

If there is not resources for a population, they are overpopulated.

If a population is overpopulated, there will be significant shortages of resources.

In order to ensure that the needs of each person of a population are met, there needs to be fewer people OR more resources.

A sustainable population is one that consumes resources at a renewable rate.

Countries that are overpopulated need population reduction to achieve a sustainable population.

According to this video, Bill Gates only wants to give poor people better access to vaccinations to keep their children healthy. Families will become stabilized and parents won't feel the need to make more babies to keep their family. As a result there will be a decrease in population growth. Fewer children will die, fewer babies will be born who cannot be supported. After some time, as elderly die off of the usual causes, the population will begin to decrease to a sustainable level. At the same time, as more resources become available to each person, their quality of life will increase. As the population's total quality of life increases, so will their industry, education and everything else.

Bill Gates *may* be a eugenicist, but based on what is in this video alone, he is not. If no one can link me to a reliable source showing Bill Gates has eugenicist *intentions* rather than mere coincidental selection, then I must maintain my stance.

    • I heard him say it. It's frightening to me. No one can deny what they heard Bill Gates say on this video. He's talking about population reduction and population control. If the Earth is over populated, who really should decide what sect, race, culture or creed of people need to stop reproducing ? In other words, who gets to decide who should live or die is pretty much what this amounts to ? Let me take a wild guess. The rich and the affluent will live and the poor and the reducing middle class will die.

      So they think.

Maybe you should watch it again, and read the article. Bill Gates is not suggesting here that we kill people, let people die, sterilize people or force anything on anyone. All he is saying is to use technology to help *poor* people get their kids vaccinated and keep them healthy. Keeping young children alive will demotivate parents from *overproducing* in order to sustain their families. Healthy kids results in a lower population growth.

Let's talk about what is actually in the video and article.

This "so-called" technology is just cell phones with alerts for vaccinations to keep young children alive. That's it.

Yes, it's aimed at poor people, because they're the ones who could use the help (that is kind of the point, just like with charity). Rich people obviously don't have a problem keeping their kids alive. This is addressing a real medical need among these populations; they aren't aware of and don't have access to vaccinations.

It may not make sense, but the reality is that if you keep young children alive, population growth goes down within a decade--probably because families are stabilized.

This is not forcing anyone to have fewer kids or even suggesting that they should. It just stabilizes families, which has the end result of reducing overproduction. I'm not an expert, but it seems like it has to do with psychology.

So, take off the tinfoil hat, stop declaring shenanigans and get over it. It's harmless and will actually help save lives.

Are you reading the same article? There is no debate over this issue, we are overpopulated, overpopulation is our biggest problem, and if people in poor areas where people are already starving have lots of children then it makes their problems worse. No one is blaming people for having more kids than they probably should. In third world countries it takes a big family all working and contributing just to survive, and if you don't know how many of your kids are going to die, then it makes more sense to have more. Its amazing how all it takes is a misleading headline to make people rally against helping poor and starving people, this is disgusting. All people need to stop reproducing as fast as we are or soon a lot of the kids we have are going to suffer. Why don't you really think about something before having a knee-jerk response?

The Jewish people thought they were going to the camps to work; later to be released. History is the most important teacher.

Of course, many of these vaccines are dangerous, untested, and toxic. Vaccines can be a good thing in the right hands. Unfortunately, these people are evil. They are playing God. They are truly arrogant. Please wake up! I encourage you to research the Eugenics Movement.

Thanks for posting the link which includes the following information:

"Current projections show a steady decline in the population growth rate, with the population expected to reach between 8 and 10.5 billion between the year 2040[4][5] and 2050.[6]

The discredited IPCC who was recently shellacked for fraudulent "scientific" data states the following:

The scientific consensus is that the current population expansion and accompanying increase in usage of resources is linked to threats to the ecosystem. The InterAcademy Panel Statement on Population Growth, which was ratified by 58 member national academies in 1994, called the growth in human numbers "unprecedented", and stated that many environmental problems, such as rising levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide, global warming, and pollution, were aggravated by the population expansion.[7] At the time, the world population stood at 5.5 billion, and optimistic scenarios predicted a peak of 7.8 billion by 2050, a number that current estimates show will be reached around 2030.[8]"

Keep in mind that Wikipedia is mostly a wide range of opinion, not necessarily backed by science.

As I have previously posted many articles which demonstrate with "hard evidence" links that overpopulation is a myth/hoax used to justify culling and enslaving the masses.

I have not denied that the world's population has increased over time; nor do I deny that certain areas may be considered over populated based on available resources.

However, the science is clear that the solution to the perceived problem of overpopulation is best addressed by providing basic necessities to sustain life; not making vaccines to cull the population.

Why does Bill Gates fund Monsanto and Vaccines which have proven to destroy life; not improve the living conditions of people?

Do more research, Pawper. You will come to believe.

Unless you give me hard evidence, I'm going to favor what he says over your conspiracy theories.

Overpopulation clearly exists at a *local* level (and I'm skeptical it doesn't have an impact on the global market).

Vaccines do not "cull the population" and have not proven to destroy life. The vaccines Bill Gates is proposing here are to save the lives of young children. If you think all vaccines are bad, that is your opinion. History shows that vaccines are indeed risky, but only slightly so, and tend to save far more lives than any deaths they might cause.

I do not agree with the Gates Foundations investments in Monsanto; I've said this before.

The Gates Foundation does work to improve the living conditions of people and actively fight poverty. They help impoverished people get access to microloans. In addition, they fund a ton of research into a variety of aspects, including water, hygiene and sanitation. I do see how their emphasis on providing vaccines for diseases does cause a diversion of health resources, meaning fewer physicians are available for basic health care, but combating diseases isn't a bad thing.

Complete bull. The vaccines are not to kill children but to keep them alive. Population reduction DOES NOT equal eugenics. Eugenics is killing and sterilization of people based on ideals. Population reduction is the strategic reduction of population *growth* among overpopulated peoples.

In this case, when a lot of children under 5 die, parents overproduce children to sustain their families. Bill Gates wants to fix that by stopping the children from dying. Within a decade the population growth will go down as parents acknowledge their children are going to live and they don't need to produce anymore.

What the hell is wrong with people? Vaccines DO reduce population growth, because people know their children will survive so they don't have to have 3 instead of one to hedge their bets. Having children is a natural instinct, no one is saying that we tell people how many kids they have, but it is really important in other parts of the world, there are a lot of cultural and economic factors at play, step out of your sheltered American bubble and come out into the real world. Not everything is a conspiracy theory, and its really disgusting that you're opposed to reducing deadly diseases in the developing world

But Gates appears to be of two minds when it comes to population growth. Gates the Entrepreneur believes, as he said in a 1996 interview with Forbes magazine, that “Julian Simon [population growth advocate] is right and Paul Ehrlich [population doomsayer] is wrong… I think the world is progressing… Resources are becoming more abundant. I’d rather go into a grocery store today than to a king’s banquet a hundred years ago.”6

Just three years after this ringing endorsement of human progress, however, the associate director of William P. Gates Foundation was claiming that her Chairman held much more pessimistic views: “Bill Gates … has a very legitimate concern over the burgeoning population of the world. Within the month the population of the world will reach 6,000,000,000 people, with nearly two-thirds of them malnourished, uneducated, and lacking the skills and training necessary to cope with their lives.”7

Will the real Bill Gates please stand up?

It is hard to believe that Gates the Entrepreneur would lose any sleep over the prospect of six billion customers. Nor would he casually dismiss four billion Africans, Asians, and Latin Americans two-thirds of humanity — as “malnourished, uneducated, and lacking the skills and training necessary to cope with their lives.” That would be as disrespectful as it is dishonest:

The claim that “two-thirds of the world’s population is malnourished” was invented by the United Nations back in 1950. It was false then, and it is even more out of step with reality today.8
The claim that these peoples are ‘“uneducated” is simply untrue. Over 80% of the world’s population is literate, according to UN statistics.9
The claim that these peoples can’t “cope with their lives” is beneath comment, but their “skills and training” are matters of public record. According to UN statistics, over 70% of children in India and over 95% of children in China attend primary and secondary schools.10
The same kind of doom and gloom that Gates the Entrepreneur once sought to dispel is now, in a strange twist of fortune, being advocated — and funded — by the Gates Foundation.

The German Foundation for World Population (Deutsche Stiftung Weltbevolkerung) received a $545,000 grant to help bring about “a humane decline in world population growth.”11
Population Communications International also benefited from a grant, and went on to produce a video called “Jam Packed,” a pessimistic commentary on world population. Gates may like American grocery stores but in “Jam Packed” they are a symbol of American decadence.12
The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) affiliate in the Dominican Republic, PROFAMILIA, has received Gates funding, Cardinal Nicolas Lopez Rodriguez, the Archbishop of Santo Domingo, recently compared PROFAMILIA’s sterilization campaign against local women to the work of “death squads.”
The Peruvian Institute of Responsible Fatherhood, INPARRES for short, has received a grant. The organization, another IPPF affiliate, has collaborated with the Peruvian government’s coercive sterilization campaign, in which women were sterilized in unhygienic conditions under a quota system.
Tanzania’s state family planning organization, UMATI, has also received funding from the Gates Foundation. Tanzanian women complain that UMATI routinely violates human rights, injecting contraceptives such as Depo-Provera and Norplant without informed consent, and has performed forced abortions and sterilizations

If you listen to what he says int he video, it is clear that he thinks the only way to reduce the population is to "reduce the population" via vaccines, reproductive health (forced abortions and sterilization). Well, I doubt that I'll find myself in agreement with you in this interpretation of things (we seem to be on extremes). However, I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my question. I'm wondering what you feel might benefit Gates in this scenario if his concerns were any different from those which he states explicitly in the video. In other words, if the environmental reason isn't it, then what is the point? If the humanitarian concerns are also insincere, then what exactly would his motivation be to push population control?

I think it's worth mentioning that the implementation of vaccines and contraceptives in the developing world would be a boon to society and to the environment... so in what sense does Bill (assuming a sinister motive) win and we lose? Population growth is a problem, but are you opposed to population control, the methods used or the motives behind it? Again, what are those motives, whether Bill's or otherwise?

It is no secret that Bill Gates is a proud Eugenicist. You really have to do some research in order find out the truth. I would suggest that you begin by reading about the Eugenicist movement. It shouldn't take you long to see the link between Eugenics and Bill Gates' activities. You can just do an internet search of Bill Gates and Eugenics to learn more about him. I would also recommend that you check out some documentaries and books about Eugenics. Each person must decide the truth for him/herself. Until proven otherwise, I think Bill Gates, David Rockefeller and others do not have our best interest at heart.

I have provided a small introduction to Eugenics below (courtesy of Wikipedia):

Eugenics is the "applied science or the biosocial movement which advocates the use of practices aimed at improving the genetic composition of a population," usually referring to human populations.[2] Eugenics was widely popular in the early decades of the 20th century, but has fallen into disfavour after having become associated with Nazi Germany and with the discovery of molecular evolution. Since the postwar period, both the public and the scientific communities have associated eugenics with Nazi abuses, such as enforced racial hygiene, human experimentation, and the extermination of "undesired" population groups. However, developments in genetic, genomic, and reproductive technologies at the end of the 20th century have raised many new questions and concerns about the meaning of eugenics and its ethical and moral status in the modern era.

Charles Davenport, a scientist from the United States, stands out as history's leading eugenicist. He took eugenics from a scientific idea to a worldwide movement implemented in many countries.[32] Davenport obtained funding to establish the Biological Experiment Station at Cold Spring Harbor in 1904[33] and the Eugenics Records Office in 1910, which provided the scientific basis for later Eugenic policies.[34] He became the first President of the International Federation of Eugenics Organizations (IFEO) in 1925, an organization he was instrumental in building.[35] However, Davenport's racist views were not supported by all geneticists at Cold Spring Harbor.[36]

In 1932 Davenport welcomed Ernst Rüdin, a prominent Swiss eugenicist and race scientist, as his successor in the position of President of the IFEO.[37] Rüdin worked closely with Alfred Ploetz, his brother-in-law and co-founder with him of the German Society for the Racial Hygiene.[38] Other prominent figures in the Eugenics included Harry Laughlin (United States), Havelock Ellis (United Kingdom), Irving Fischer (United States), Eugen Fischer (Germany), Madison Grant (United States), Lucien Howe (United States), and Margaret Sanger (United States, founder of Planned Parenthood).[39]
