My family has a small cottage near Hillman. Hillman [and the surrounding areas] have recently been known for very high unemployment. Wallmart came in and devastated the local markets, and thus putting many of the farmers out of work. Near town there's a huge lot full of vacant farming equipment; Trackers, Bailers, Collectors,etc. all of the equipment works, but there are no buyers or farming opportunities.
Hemp Legalization would really lift the spirits in that area.

Seriously, teens aren't going to like industrial hemp as much as the old people making money from it. You can't get high from it and it is better than cotton for a lot of things.
