In 2011 online frauds in the Russian segment of the Internet has grown up to 95%. This tragic statistics, quoted by Lenta.ru, was announced by representatives of "С"-Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russian Federation. The "C"-Department oversees cyber crime and illegal trafficking of electronic equipment.
