New Air Powered Car Will Soon Be Floating Around India's Streets

Ok, so the new car from India's largest automaker, Tata Motors, won't be "floating", per se, but it will be running on nothing but air...so you can at least pretend like you're in a floating, hovercraft-esque vehicle. That said, I'm still holding out for the flying car that was supposed to debut this year.

Sure, Tata's new air powered car may not be quite as sexy...or at least quirky...as the AirPod seen here, but a car that only costs $2 to "refuel" ever 300km (which is about 186 miles) or so doesn't really have to have sex appeal does it?

    • Good post, thanks. Uhm, what's going to result from these air-powered vehicles is the money they were spending for fuel will now go into other areas of the Economy, so we should see A VERY SIGNIFICANT AND POSITIVE BOUNCE IN INDIA'S ECONOMY.

It should spread out like a 360 degree tsunami... except a tsunami is a ONE-TIME EVENT, whereas as soon as India discovers all those super-heavy fuel tankers no longer tearing up the road surfaces they will begin saving billions~$$$ on Road Maintenance costs dropping like a rock.

IT'S A WIN-WIN IN TOO MANY DIRECTIONS TO TYPE.

I'm very happy for the people of India.
