The actual issue is, who is on welfare in this state, the PEOPLE; who are the state, or corporations, banks, finance, and the military industrial complex? We do need to end the welfare state, but it is corporatocracy which is on the teat of the PEOPLE! The money in question and being spent is from the PEOPLE and belongs to the PEOPLE! When the PEOPLE'S money is being spent on the PEOPLE, that is not welfare, that is getting an honest service or product for the price paid for it, and no amount of corporate right spin can alter that reality.
