    • The thing about the "breakaway civilization" that Dolan mentions is there has to be a lot more to what they're doing than he can get to so far. All he can surmise is that they're getting rich off of the advanced tech, but if they're as far ahead as he thinks then isn't that more likely to be just a side effect?

      The same "black budget" and "secret space program" was behind the story of "the Stargate" and if all those UFO reports do show alien activity then that "breakaway civilization" than purely greed, protecting their power and privileges.

      They might be using the ET tech and advances to deal with the alien races, some that might be enemies like "The Goa'uld" and some that might be allies like "The Asgard" there is a whole lot hiding under that "secrets iceberg" and all of it might not be just as corrupt as it seems from the outside.

      They could've saved the planet several times over the decades. If there is a lot more to it, I certainly would like to know since the secrecy only serves to imply darker motives in the absence of any other information.

      If they have advance tech that could benefit everyone on the planet they certainly should share.Even if that tech could be abused, the benefits probably outweigh the risks of keeping it regulated. That's the nature of all tech

      I would truly want disclosure as soon as possible, there is no doubt they exist and the longer our secret government hides it the more disastrous the recoil of a public will be. I liked the part where he said whackenhut guards may be able to hold off a 100 protesters but a million invading area 51 at the same time. Thats the key, even it's a few thousand storming the area we could actually see what is going on there and then on to the next secret base.

      That would be one helluva recruitment drive especially when at least 1/3 of them probably wouldn't make past the security when storming the place, including you.

      Maybe you should advertise in the places where they train suicide bombers? They are fanatical enough to make good cannon fodder.

      Still getting at five to ten thousand fanatics out of that hundred thousand is a tall order and a strain on manpower resources

      I saw that the tenth one was an account of an event that I had personal experience with since I had been stationed at that base as a crew chief for A-10 aircraft in 1981 and I had talked to some of the security police that had witnessed it.

      "Early in the morning of December 26, 1980, two USAF security police patrolmen saw unusual lights outside the back gate at Britain’s RAF Woodbridge. Under the assumption that this was aircraft in trouble, three patrolmen were ordered to proceed on foot to investigate.

      According to the report by Halt (which ascribed this sighting to the following evening), they reported seeing a glowing, triangular object in the forest, about 9 feet long and 6 feet high, emitting a powerful white light. It “had a pulsating red light on top with a bank(s) of blue lights underneath.” The object was either hovering or standing on short legs."

      Well second hand from the stories I heard others tell about it that were there, but they all agreed with the accounts on that page.

      The funny thing was that the whole barracks full of the security police got busted for drugs including all the witnesses. I thought it strange that so many would be busted at once, the only way they could manage it for so long would be to cover for each other, but if that was true then how did it leak out so they did get arrested?

      Maybe they were set up to discredit their stories, if they were shown to be high wouldn't that make them unreliable as witnesses?

      It's possible, but since a lot of people I knew there were busted for drugs that were doing them.

      It's a great alibi since being a SP is very boring with nothing going on when most of the time they just watched things just in case something did happen, so it's easy to explain their motivation to relieve the tedium. It's a lot simpler to believe that to be the case than the set up especially when the two events are not put together.

      As it was mentioned some things weren't discussed outside the ranks. The people who worked on the aircraft knew about the nuclear weapons there because it was part of the job, but they didn't wanted it mentioned anywhere else because they didn't want protests about it and that would make it harder for everyone on the base.

    • The very deep speech by Mr. Dolan explains in detail how trillions of dollars in missing money in particular the defense budget has funded a complete different civilization apart from ours. Unlimited Technology has made it possible for this civilization to be in contact with Alien races and learn more than you can imagine of what is possible. Economic Hit men have also syphoned off treasure from country's around the world, funding this Black Budget programs. Drug money laundering, weapons being sold around the world for profit also fund these projects. Is it any wonder we are in the mess we are in when even the financial schemes are designed to syphon monies for this other civilization we are not privy too. Open your minds, it's really all explained in this video. It should no longer be considered Secret, and your suspicion's have all along been true. We have been lied too for generations, and what really should piss you off because it pisses me off is the fact we are out of the loop!
