Social media, its impact on today and what we can do tomorrow

Social media can be as great as the original computer revolution. Scientists worked together to solve problems and why can't we? Why can't we change social media into a recognized method of communication with our government? If it truly is to be "we the people" we have to stand up and take control for all of US and not just the rich.

    • We have lost the ability to effectively communicate with our government to express and have them carry out our wishes. Social media has worked to organize people, how can we improve it to get around the road blocks we currently have? Can we decide on issues and speakers in an online process? How can we change social media to make it more effective as a tool of democracy?
