    • WE don't need to be the third rated country as our congress is trying to tell us that we are
Private schools will not make this nation a winner.
People working together with common purpose and a common cause is how we put a man on the moon, a space station in orbit and changed Russia for the good
Now let us KICK ASS and prove those dumb asses in congress with college diplomas that haven't got brains that God gave an jackass .
What WE the People can really do when we have an burning desire to win and overcome adversity . It does not take sacrifice. winning require passion backed with Blood Guts and tears not couch potato coaching
this country was made strong buy including all people and empowering them to achieve for themselves a right to live to the best of their ability and providing their family a future beyond tomorrow

Agreed. " sacrifices " are burnt offerings made to pagan Gods aka the 1%.
The 99% don't appreciate being the coolie bearers of the pampered uberrich
who have no reality contact derived from having to work for their daily bread.
Congressional advocates of the 1% have the same disgusting cold blooded
delusions of grandeur as number crunchers. They're always looking to squeeze
more of the fruits of the 99%'s labor out of them to feed it to the 1%. THEY'RE
UNFIT TO CALL THEMSELVES TRUE REPUBLICANS !!! If people weren't so
God damned ignorant, they'd study up on the lives of Abraham Lincoln, and
Theodore Roosevelt, who were true Republicans. If they were alive today, would
be the leaders of the OWS movement since they advocated the Square Deal.

As Abraham Lincoln said in rebuting Douglas in their latter 1850s debate:
(paraphrased, but restated unabridged) There are some disgraceful people
in this country who believe in Slavery. That all men are not created equal,
but rather some SHOULD be born to privilege and own others forcing them to
do their work for them. That there should be some imprisoned not for crimes
but as forced labor to produce the food, so that their owners can eat that
food. And where does it stop ? With only the the people of color, then with
foreign immigrants, then with the poor who are defenseless to protect them
selves ? Mr Douglas has advocated that the USA " should be the terror of
the entire world's nations " But I think we all know too well that's unrealistic.
As our allies would not then trust us, but rather fear us too. Because we would
then make our own enemies of foreign nations, whose resolve against us
would then be redoubled to topple us " No, I think it's more prudent & advisable
to advocate Justice for ALL people everywhere, that we may instead gain their
      trust & cooperation "

Why do you think Theodore Roosevelt, active in the Treasury Mint's issuances
chose Lincoln to represent the lowest fractional denomination of the dollar ?
John D..Rockefeller, owner of Standard Oil , was so uberrich he was buying up
and corrupting everyone in sight, giving T. Roosevelt tremendous problems.
What's uberrich ? He donated $100 Million of Gold dollars to his foundation.
That means he gave about $5 Billion to himself to further the NWO Rockefellers.
Lincoln never disparaged self made Millionaires, yet he was for us, WE the 99%
The 1% are Big Oil which they use as a Monopoly to squeeze us, bleed us dry,
Why do you think the bastards have given them Triilons in tax exemptions every
year for a century now ? Why do you thing they let Big Oil write their own ticket ?
You all saw the horror story they made in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010,and how
they lied through their teeth to cover it up. They never corrected anything. If
you'd heard the NPR expose on Big Oil in Canada I heard, you'd understand
the term laissez faire. It's UnAmerican to support Monopolies. The USA is built
on Plurality. E pluribus unum. The 99% would live within their means with
durable, cheap VW /Saab type all electric cars. Then the 1% would no longer
be able to keep us under their thumb. The 1%'s obsessive unquenchable thirst
for absolute power is sustained by not only their limitless greed, but their hyper
agressive buying & corrupting the Government as their lever they use to
manipulate us with on their behalf, to our detriment. In degrees, they want to
make the 99% desperate. Occupy the USA. www.occupytogether.org. We're
not a flaky " passing trend ". We're here to stay.

Yes. Do you recall how Big Oil puppeteered GM to arrest the 2nd stage
      development evolving the 1997 EV1 into the 1998 EV2 ? There's a doc
umentary I recorded on VHS tape (avaliable now on DVD no doubt)
entitled: " Who killed the electric car in California ? " provides the details
of this story. The inventer of it's revolutionary new all electric drive system
lives in Liverpool about 10 air miles from here. He patterned it on an the
electronic components of a stero sound system. That's something different
from the basic induction motor design Nicola Tesla patented circa 1900.
Tesla Motors of California has been improving on his design for a while.

John D. Rockefeller's Standard Oil was pushing fossil fuels eg gasoline
at a time when they were still dumping the diesel fuel component of crude
oil in the ocean because deisel engines for trucks weren't conventional
in 1900. Tesla wrote a paper stating if the world's industrialized nations
continued to waste all their Capital by burning their money buying fossil
fuels, they'd eventualy exhaust their resources by relying on a Monopoly
gouging them, get nowhere on that treadmill, and be Bankrupted. In June
2008, Al Gore gave a speech in Washington restating that saying the world
economic depression, climate change, military aggression were caused by
irrational reliance on the fossil fuels Monopoly controling entire nations.

Big Oil puppeteered GM to tear down the EV1 assembly lines, lay off the
trained workers, and terminate the EV1 lease program in which 500 citizens
in the L.A. area rented the use of the EV1 for 1 year. The EV1 renters made
a public demonstration offering to buy GM's cars for upwards of $2 Million.
But the GM dealers responded by threatening to have criminal charges filed
against 500 Californians for Grand Larceny if they didn't return them. As
soon as they did, the dealers loaded them back up on trailers, then drove
them off at night. And had all 500 shreaded to destroy the evidence of the
Conspiracy. To my knowledge not even 1 specimen can be seen in the
Smithsonian. The California Air Quality Control Board was set up by a law
California passed to require any car manufacturer selling cars in California
to power them with alternate energy sources as a certain ratio to polluting
engines. Ie electric, hydrogen. Mr, Schwartzeneger advocated hydrogen
cars then. But the City of L.A. put up electric recharging stations in L.A.
to accomodate them. The families of the C.A.Q.C.B. got anonymous tele
phoned calls into their homes making death threats against their families
to intimidate public Hearings affording public protest against GM's complicity
with Big Oil in killing the EV1. These are the tactics of an Organized Crime
mob which Big Oil is tainted with..GM knew the EV1 was a huge success.
If they sold them, the price of gas would plummet. So the 97 year long Big
Oil suppression of the electric car continued in the USA for another 13 years.

In 2008 S.Korean scientists invented nano tech energy absorption plates
that finaly wouldn't fracture. They've been seeking to make this tech con
ventional because it would expand, by a factor of 10, the cruising range
of a litiulm ion battery pack. Already the most advanced Tesla Motors car
can run 300 miles before a full recharge is needed. Making that break
through conventional would enable a motorist to drive from the Atlantic to
Pacific oceans like an expanded Lewis & Clark expedition. So now that they've
made progress in avoid using rare earths, (most of which come from China,
which has curtailed it's exports as it seeks to be the world leader in exporting
electric cars), the race is on. I've seen documentaries aired on the HD Net
channel, carried the by Dish satelite network, in which the Japanese have
developed a super advanced experimental all electric car for the Chinese
to powerhouse the production of. Meanwhile, the Nissan Leaf, BMW mini
Cooper all electric are marketed in the USA to compete with the Chevy Volt.
Chevy makes their car out to be so revolutionary. And they get away with it.
But only because the average person has been kept in the dark for so long.
Portugal has outlawed fossil fuel cars there for a year past. Germany will
have by 2020. The USA is still far far behind the Germans in widespread
solar energy conventional use in homes, power generating stations. Big Oil.
Big Coal, Big Nuclear have had a stranglehold on 300 Million Americans so
they can continue to squeeze every last cent out of the pockets of the 99%
like wringing water from a towel. Radical implementation of alternate energy
in cars & homes should be an OWS movement platform to get the USA pro
ducing jobs again. www.occupytogether.org Oh the times, they are a changin'
      Bob Dylan.

IF we would have had REAL choice in the States , i would have had an electric car 30 years ago ..... fact is , we only get the choices they want us to have , and they all SUCK ! I have an electric scooter right now . Have had it since April . It may be the most cost effective and best purchase of my life . It is also a really fun ride . Smite Big Oil ! Go electric . I would love to go solar and off grid next ....

Curious. I've blogged some electric scooters. Some with a lower volt system.
And some with a 48 volt system. If it's not considered prying to ask, Questions:
What make is your purchase ? How much did it cost you ? Glad you like it.
If I had a choice to buy electric when I started driving, I'd probably have
thousands in the savings account now as an emergency buffer. And to think
I was actualy worried when my 89 Tempo died in 2007. And how would I ever
get along without it ? It 's been like loosing a heroin addiction. I can actualy
manage my money now. If people knew how much they could have saved by owning/leasing electric cars, they'd faint. The first gas engine was a 1/4 horse
power chain driven horseless carriage invented by Daimler Benz in 1975. It's
still in a museum in some big city in Germany. That low tech design was so
inferior to electric drive, it was obsolete 25 years from when it was invented.
Yet the world has been using it almost without question, and supporting a
Monopoly for the past 100 years. Trained monkeys have to be brighter than that.

I did purchase withing my means , so there is a big difference between the one i wanted and the one i could afford . The NEW lithium ion battery can go 55 miles per charge , so that is what you would get NOW . Just before it came out there was a dip in the old , just before the new one came out , (battery 40 miles per charge) , still not bad , so that is what i got . I WANTED a Falcon EV Hummer . fold-able , all steel solid rubber tires , pedal options to extend range , can HAUL stuff uphill . 8000 bucks . I actually got a G-bike city . 1/8th as expensive . Same range , plastic (sadly fragile) looks like scooter .... still very fun . Had a riot on it this summer .... cheers where ever we go . People are READY for this . It should last a good while with care .

You can always cover the seat with something more durable. Think of it
as an opportunity to pick a better matching color that goes with the color
scheme of the scooter paint. It's humbling to come to grips with earthly
limitation, but If it's any comfort to know, by living within your means buying
the economodel, you've helped the manufacturer progress in bringing the
price down on their max model to where they'll make the decision to advertise,
to continue their sales. As more and more buyers patronize them, the prices
will come down even more because they can build them more cheaply then.
Eg The same VCRs costing $1,000 in 1980 in a retail outlet cost $250 in 1986
at a wholesale outlet. Eventualy, as the supply ascends, the price will decend
until your means can match their price, and you're able to buy the best one
you originaly wanted. By then there'll be improvements on it too. And it will turn
out to be an even more satisfying choice. Time is money all right. As they say.
The mills of the Gods grind slowly, but exceedingly fine. Thanks for the note.
Any way, I'm glad your happy with the economodel you bought. It's always
better to want what you've got, if it's possible, than get what you want if it's not.
I want to buy the top Bowflex motorized treadclimber but it's too expensive,
complicated. I have to settle for the economodel that's I powered. Even then
it's more prudent for me to buy it over 18 months as it'll help improve my
credit giving me a much needed advantage so I can save money on a mort
gage buying my house next year too. Pays to be schrewd.

Thanks. When people are constrained to make such a steep upward climb
it's prudent to always keep looking up. All the 99 % have been up against
that wall throughout the 20th century. But we can see from the OWS move
ment, a new age of social responsiblity is dawning (sans the Broadway musicals)

that's exactly right. We, human beings have solved most eco and world problems but the sick, powerful, greedy pigs running things must make as much money as possible. When the OWS and progressives think they can negotiate with most of these corps without a real hard and most likely violent struggle. Think in terms of greed on BIBLICAL SCALE.....the type of greed that built the pyramids, Solomon's Gold, or Feudal kings. When you are that greedy and the govt allows them to be....they don't care how poor we are, how sick we are, the coming eco apocalypse, or even their own safety. They are psychos like Qaddafi, he sacrificed is kids and himself rather than leave way before it got that bad. The Koch brothers and the like will not change a thing until the "pitchforks and torches" are literally at their door.

I am in NZ and you should see the gas prices out here. I've seen who killed the electric car. It is an easy example of how the govt and corp corruption has gone so far that it just seems like it doesn't matter....they do it in broad daylight and in front of everyone!!!

I mean get a 300 to 500 mile range out of a two hour charge, I know most people dont need that but its a psychological thing for those that dont know any better. Also the price has to come down to lower than a gas car no reason why it shouldnt.

The Germans have already gotten 1013 mile per single charge . What you ask for is very doable . The new charging system will make it a 10 - 15 minuet to charge . It had already been done . See my above links . If you want this future , we ALL will need to fight for it . It would be great to be free , finally , of Big Oil , wouldn't it ?
