    • It's those damn cyber wars again! ["Jaws" music in background....] Is it China? Russia? Israel? Nepal? Virginia? All are equally possible. Indeed, probable.

      The fundamental truths remain the same, and will never change.
      1. If you have something of "value" do not make it accessible to/from the internet.
      2. You are going to get hacked.

      There are plenty of people (like Symantec) who will take your money and tell you that they are so freaking smart that you will never lose anything. They aren't. You will. And there's a good chance you won't even know that you lost it.
      There are governments that assure us that their cyber warriors coupled with draconian penalties will make the cyber world safe for all of us. Bullshit. Governments put all their effort into offense. Their defense sucks because they know it's impossible; the dilemma of the "fixed target".
