My only issue.... Technology has even encouraged the 2 sets of laws (based on socioeconomic conditions) reality..
Back when Napster came out, yeah if you had money and a computer, you had free music. It took a while before the average person had near the access. I still remember clearly people who already had money selling copies of the music that they obtained free to impoverished friends..
Idk, mixed feelings, on the one hand it is good that there is going to be a way around it regardless. Sad that potentially it will only be wealthy people getting around it....
I guess when money dictates who get's away with murder it's only fair it will dictate who can enjoy rich media content on the internet....

While I agree with you I fail to see how it's avoidable.
That said I know plenty of people with android phones who purchase apps who are not wealthy by any stretch of the imagination.
