Learn the truth about weather modification

I intend this page to be the most comprehensive directory on the planet.

The utmost care has gone into assuring validity for postings here.

I am creating this page for the following reasons:

1. Most people do not know the long history of scientists trying to modify our climate locally and globally.

2. Any time someone posts a video on the internet of "chemtrails" there are numerous responses like "tinfoil hat much?" or "I suppose you believe in UFO's too huh?"

3. Billions of dollars are being spent dumping chemicals in our atmosphere with no public oversight, no real verification of positive results of these modifications, and no toxicity testing on aerosolized chemicals or protection from the Environmental Protection Agency.

4. Though I applaud the Texas Weather Modification Association for it's transparency, the same cannot be said for the hundreds of other companies spraying our world with God know's what. I've read papers describing dumping fertilizer over the arctic poles to reduce UV reflection of the ice. FERTILIZER! One patent described dumping MELANIN! See the patents section below for a real eye opener.

    • Some of the most prevalent weather Modification examples, or more specifically atmospheric modification techniques are classified as 'Geoengineering.'

      Today, geoengineering techniques often involve the routine spraying of the atmosphere with aerosol compounds of aluminum and barium oxides and are all part of a moronic attempt to mitigate the effects of "global warming." This is what many people who witness it calll "chemtrails."

      The origin of this lunacy begins with Congress and The HUD-Independent Agencies Appropriations Act of 1988 in which Congress commissioned a study on global warming and potential mitigation techniques. The study was to be conducted by National Academy of Sciences in cooperation with think -tanks,government agencies, research firms, universities private foundations and private corporations such as Harvard, General Motors, Yale, World Resources Institute, National Center for Atmospheric Research, the Secretary General of the United Nations, Oxford, Brookings Institution, University, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Carnegie-Mellon University, Princeton University, Brown University, Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, and many more.

      The massive research study was entitled "Policy Implications of Greenhouse Warming: Mitigation, Adaptation, and the Science Base - Panel on Policy Implications of Greenhouse Warming."

      The N.A.S.'s conclusion is that the most effective Geo engineering and global warming mitigation technique is the spraying of reflective aerosol compounds into the atmosphere utilizing commercial, military and private aircraft. This preferred mitigation method is designed to create a global atmospheric shield which would increase the planet's albedo (reflectivity) using aerosol compounds of aluminum and barium oxides, and to introduce ozone generating chemicals into the atmosphere.

      And that's where we are at today spraying the atmosphere with chemicals, threatening public health ,funding it with taxpayer money all in the name of stopping something that exists only as academic fraud.

    • The presentation is superb visually and in content. I sure wouldn't discourage the author. You never know for sure.
      I love a good conspiracy theory but weather mod is a bit too far out there for me. It's just too big. We can add particles (seeding) to induce precipitation if the moisture is there already, but we can't put the moisture there. Neither can we materially change temperature to induce some effect. We exploded god-awful thermonuclear devices, huge amounts of energy, back in the 50's and 60's with no affect on weather that extended beyond a few hours. The "butterfly effect" is an interesting, whimsical notion that is "true", but only because of quantum theory (all things are possible). HAARP is a project open for all to see. It's also interesting but I don't see opportunity to put enough energy into the atmosphere to materially affect weather.
      Contrails are well understood. For them to be chemtrails would mean that commercial aircraft would have to have significant content of "something" added to the fuel. That should be easy enough to investigate. There simply isn't enough military domestic air activity for weather impact. Again; it's just too big. Is the govt dispersing chemical for some other purpose? That's certainly worth investigating.

      "Vincent Schaefer (1906–1993) discovered the principle of cloud seeding in July 1946." For the headline to be true, cloud seeding would have started in 1912. In 1912 people were struggling to keep aircraft in the air, never mind attaching weight to the wings to carry cloud seeding stuff.The article's title is inaccurate.

      Second, whoever said there was a conspiracy to cover up the fact that clouds are being seeded?? Google "cloud seeding" and tell us how many hits you get. Yes, cloud seeding occurs, locally to increase rain, reduce fog and to induce snow at ski resorts.

      Third, the claim that "chem-trails" are evidence of a world wide conspiracy to modify global weather patterns is inane. If we are talking about seeding clouds, it can be done with a Cessna, no need to fly jets at high altitude. If the article is implying some other sinister plan (other than cloud seeding) then certain questions MUST be answered for the claim to have any credibility. Specifically:

      1.Who is doing it? The "government" is not an answer.

      2. How is it funded i.e. where's the money trail that points to large scale weather modification.

      3 What atmospheric conditions are being modified? Temperature, albedo, moisture, carbon dioxide content, dust, nitrogen, oxygen, UV, etc. etc. etc.?

      4. What specific chemicals are being used and where is the proof that these chemicals are being dispersed at concentrations that are harmful to human life (or any life for that matter). Remember, it's the dose that matters, not the chemical.

      5. What are the specifics of the chemical interactions that are supposedly taking place? In other words, if I put chemical A into the air, how do I know it will give me a the specific result I'm looking for?

      6. How does one distinguish a "chemtrail" from ubiquitous contrails created by high flying aircraft?

      7. Any realistic attempt to modify world weather patterns would require the cooperation of every government around the world including those that despise each other. Virtually impossible under the best of circumstances, completely impossible in today's geopolitical climate (no pun intended).

      8. If this is a global conspiracy it's a damn poor one given the fact that the reported evidence for weather manipulation "chem-trails" are visible to all.

      I'm not trying to make fun of the author, but trying to make people THINK about the claims being made. There are so many holes in this conspiracy theory I find it hard to accept that anyone thinks it's true. Still if anyone can provide RATIONAL answers to the questions I've posed I will consider the possibility that global weather modification is underway. Until that time, I suggest believers of this stuff check their tinfoil hats for holes.

      nobody said anything about contrails or chemtrails. This is about modifying the weather, and there are many out there who think "There is no way we can modify the weather"

      Whether geoengineering is actually occurring in what are dubbed persistant contrails is not known, what is known is that they want to do it real bad. Geoengineering is a form of weather modification, so it does fall under this umbrella. However I dedicated a different article to geoengineering.

      as for the title, wouldnt this sound stupid?

      It is not all about seeding, but that would be enough. You haven't done the research yet or you could answer your own questions to some degree...purpose is something I would love some disclosure about. It is not all about snow for the rich or they would have some this year.

      regardless of cause the planet is warming and fossil fuel consumption along with many things imposed on us as the only way are wrong...there is no doubt about that though there may still be debate. This is ongoing as well and grander a scale than we can imagine let alone believe...don't think for a second there is no impact to the climate.

      contrails are high altitude affects of jet engines and stay dense until gone...chemtrails dissipate and spread, they consist of sprayed heavy metals and chemicals that once ionized change weather patterns. If you see x's in the sky chances are they are not formed by natural means...not to mention circles or curves.

      My research has shown there is nothing to research. Lack of information in this case doesn't point to a cover up, but to the fact there is simply no credible information. The only weather modification going on is that done by you and I when we burn fossil fuels in our cars, to produce electricity etc. The technology to favorably modify large scale weather patterns doesn't exist in any practical sense, let alone the vast sums of money that would be required to do it.

      I'm not trying to be combative, just trying to get folks to do some rationale thinking on the subject. Peace.

      Your comment makes no sense. The difference you cite between contrails and "chemtrails" is caused by high attitude winds not by a difference in chemical makeup. If there isn't much wind contrails may not appear to spread out before they dissipate. High attitude winds (e.g. the jet stream) will effectively smear contrails across the sky. With regard to the x's in the sky, I suggest you check the flight paths of commercial jet liners before making a claim that it's weather modification. Non-linear patterns on the other hand are likely military aircraft doing maneuvers. I have personally witnessed F-16 pilots doing bizarre maneuvers with jets to test the effectiveness of repairs to the aircraft.

      contrails are caused by hot air reacting with cold when the heat dissipates so do they. You can watch them disappear, they do not spread out like paint off an artist's brush...there is a difference.

      The links provided can take you to the businesses selling these products and chemicals, patents showing intended uses and much more if you decide to look. There is an annual meeting of the WMA in Vegas on April 25-27 this year...maybe you should let them know there is no such thing as modification of the weather...could save them a great deal of effort and time.

      Regarding contrails, the picture the OP posted says otherwise. Those are contrails or as conspiracy theorists would have it, "chem-trails". The inference is pretty transparent. If this wasn't isn't the case, it was poor selection for a post that supposedly not about contrails or "chemtrails".

      Second if this article is not, as you claim, not specifically about using geo-engineering to modify weather patterns, then what exactly is it about? Wouldn't cloud seeding be considered a form of geo-engineering on a local scale?

      Third, I understand your concern about putting things in the atmosphere to induce rainfall or reflect sunlight etc. Part of my job is preventing people putting harmful amounts of chemicals in the air. But as I said above, it's not the chemical that's dangerous but the dose. I can eat cyanide and not die or even get sick, if the dose is small enough. What are the chemicals and more importantly the concentrations of those chemicals that you claim are being dumped into the atmosphere? This is an important consideration that shouldn't be glossed over because it's the difference between safe and harmless.

      Fourth did you post this article or circlesquared or are you one in the same? You write as if you posted it which makes circlesquared comment "couldn't have said it better...there will be no lawsuit" a bit self serving. Peace.

      I work outside. I watch this happen. The next day...maybe a real bad sinus problem, maybe just an over-all feeling of tired....and yep....I blame it on the chem-trails...so call me a nut if ya want.

If this beautifully assembled database isn't enough to make clear that our systems are being manipulated beyond our current understanding or at the very least to raise questions about what all these resources are being used for I don't know what else you could need.
