Pumpkins Fan Smashed
A 20-year old fan died at a Smashing Pumpkins concert in Vancouver, possibly from injuries sustained in a mosh pit. He did not have any visible injuries or bleeding when he was taken over to security guards who called for first aid, and was pronounced dead at the hospital. Pumpkins fans in Canada are apparently a lot rowdier than the ones in SF - I was at the first night of the Pumpkins 8 or 9 night run at the Fillmore in SF earlier this summer, and I'd say the average age was 35.
