    • Great Art Great Price

We introduce two new pieces a week: one photo and one work on paper. Each image is available in three sizes.* The smallest size is reprinted in the largest batch – an edition of 200 – and sold at the lowest price – $20. Hence the name 20x200. (200x20 just didn't sound as good.) We also offer bigger prints for bolder collectors - medium-sized editions of 20 for $200, and large-sized editions of 2 generally for $2000 (some of the large sized editions will actually be original pieces of art and prices will vary a bit). Every single print is delivered with a certificate of authenticity numbered by the artist.

That's what we're all about. Read on for some background on how we got started.

20x200 is a big idea built of a lot of little pieces.

    • Beatrix Potter drawing sets record

An original watercolour illustration by Beatrix Potter for the final scene from the Rabbit Christmas Party set a new auction record on Thursday at 289,250 pounds.

The sum was nearly five times the top end of the pre-sale estimate of 40-60,000 pounds, making the painting of rabbits leaving the party by candlelight the most expensive book illustration ever sold at auction, Sotheby's said.

Sotheby's said the buyer was a private British collector.

It was one of 20 original illustrations, books, unpublished Christmas cards and letters by children's author and illustrator Potter from the collection of her brother Bertram Potter on offer at the London sale.

The whole collection, the most extensive group of Beatrix Potter artwork to have appeared on the market in decades, realised a total of 748,200 pounds.

These cool skyline picture illustrate the sheer scale of transformation occuring across London. The pano itself was taken from a block of flats in Forest Hill and used Google Earth to get some of the heights and locations accurate. More than 50% of what you see here either has planning permission or is undergoing demolition/construction work. Buildings in 2015 include the Broadgate Centre expansion, Bishopsgate Goodsyard, Heron Quays West, Vauxhall Bondway, etc. which are longer term developments. • Shake Girl, The Graphic Novel

"Shake Girl is a massive collaborative effort between fifteen students and two instructors over the course of one quarter (Winter 2008). These students comprise the first edition of the Stanford Graphic Novel Project -- a group dedicated to acheiving this monumental task on an annual basis.

The Stanford Graphic Novel Project independently published several hundred copies of Shake Girl that we are using to create awareness about the issues of violence against women, and more specifically, the phenomenon of acid attacks in Cambodia. For these same reasons, we are publishing Shake Girl for free on the web. -- though we encourage readers to donate to charities that help ammend the human right violations that currently occur in Cambodia."

Ian Stevenson is an unlikely eco-warrior but the London based artist has created a unique form of recycling. His latest project uses everyday discarded objects such as fridges, skips, and cardboard boxes as the canvases for a series of curious characters. Ian Stevenson's dark wit and beautifully simplistic drawings have made him one of the most interesting and exciting illustrators working today.
