Derelict Heart is a kinetic document of our Lone Tramp character caught in the instant of the unknown, where everything seems strange and everything seems familiar. Strange in that our tramp must scale the shadowy innards of an abandoned Hell's Kitchen tenement to reach the curious masses of water towers that crowd Manhattan's rooftops.
