The McLaren driver controversially overtook raceleader Kimi Raikonnen on the 'bus stop chicane,' then let Kimi regain his place, before managing to overtake fairly on the last corner and clinching the win.

Felipe Massa won the inaugural European Grand Prix, at Valencia, Spain, in commanding fashion for Ferrari. Lewis Hamilton finished second, 5.6 seconds behind in his McLaren-Mercedes, and Robert Kubica in his BMW Sauber finishing third, 37.3 seconds behind.
The Brazilian took his fourth victory of the season - the ninth of his career - and jumps past his team mate into second place in the Drivers World Champion, only six points behind Hamilton. Max Mosley: No 'Nazi' theme here
Following the controversial revelation of a sex tape that reportedly shows F1 boss Max Mosley in a sado-masochistic romp with 5 prostitutes, he has told a court that it was simply a 'prison role-play' and that he only chose the German language because it was 'harsh sounding' and fitted the situation.
The 68 year-old explained that "German also somehow sounds appropriate for a bossy dominant character. It is a harsh-sounding - rather than a romantic - language."
And went onto to tell the court that a "Nazi theme would be abhorrent to me - and I suspect that none of the women would wish to take part should anyone suggest such a theme."
"Had I wanted a Nazi scene, I would have said I wanted one and (woman A) would have got some of the inexpensive Nazi stuff from the joke shop that provides uniforms and would not have gone to Marks and Spencer and got quite expensive jackets."

Despite the media constantly being on his back about his performance, Hamilton has silenced his critics and won at the British Grand Prix.
It makes him the first Englishman to win the race since Johnny Herbert in 1995 despite starting from his fourth place on the grid.
