A while ago, Frank, the creator of Postsecret posted this postcard even before the Sunday update asking forum-goers what they thought the postcard meant.
There were many topics and even more replies theorizing what the postcard meant. Problems with anorexia, deteriorating mental health, a life in decline?
One poster had taken the same picture while at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City; the work is by Bruno Munari.
This was one of my favorite secrets on Postsecret recently.

The secret language of predictive text. Zonino!
Slang is so last century. Now kids are inventing a whole new language to confuse the hell out of adults. It's based entirely on the predictive text function on mobile phones, replacing the words they mean with the first alternative that their phones come up with. But now, instead of being completely illogical like slang words from the past (like 'gnarly' and 'sick' and 'rad' which I hope will never die) this new language can actually be deciphered... if you really want to sit down and try to figure it out.
Accordingly, my name in this secret language is baby. So, Baby goin good 2 hav adds w my book any, gongu!

In 2000, the feds spent $452,807 to make unpleasant truths go away; by 2006, the "Cheney Effect" had bumped that number up to $2.9 million. And by halfway through 2007, the feds almost matched that number, with $2.7 million and counting. Pretty much says it all.
