Condé Nast to launch Wired in the UK and Italy
"Condé Nast will launch a UK version of Wired magazine and its accompanying website next year and has hired the Jewish Chronicle's editor, David Rowan, to edit it.
The UK debut issue of the monthly technology magazine will arrive on newsstands in the first half of 2009.
Guardian Media Group previously tied up with Wired for a short-lived UK version of the magazine in the mid-1990s.
The publisher will also launch a version of Wired in Italy early next year, prior to the UK launch."

Fight Magazine 1st Anniversary Party at TAO (Photos)
Being an Ultimate Fighting junkie, I was deeply disappointed that Fight magazine had their one year anniversary at TAO in Las Vegas and there was no invitation in my mailbox.
Several of my favorites did show up to help celebrate including Urijah Faber, who is ranked 6th in the Pound for Pound category and BJ Penn, who is ranked 3rd in Pound for Pound and 1st in the Lightweight division.
