Barbie picks up poop!
Not only can Barbie be a doctor or a lawyer, she can pick up poop too. Barbie now has a dog that eats and poops, and a pooper scooper to scoop it all up. The best part is the little poops - that kinda look like the dogs food.

New York's newest skyscraper - made from Meccano
A six-story skyscraper built entirely of Meccano has been constructed in New York City.

Model of the Titanic will sell for £1.3m
"The world's first model of the Titanic to be built from the ship's original plans has been revealed - but if you want to lay your hands on it it will cost you a whopping £1.3m.
The stunning 1:48 model is a precise replica of the White Star liner which famously hit an iceberg and sank in 1912, costing the lives of more than 1,500 passengers.
Made from brass, wood and fibreglass, the model took seven years to build using the original plans, drawings and measurements from the liner.
The lighting on board the ship is so complex that it required the installation of more than eight miles of fibre optic cable.
The model is presented in a hand-carved wooden case which took two craftsmen two years to build.
The intricate model is over 18 feet long and features a hull made of fibreglass with brass plating, held together by more than 3.3 million rivets.
Each bulkhead on the replica ship, which weighs 1,500lb, is positioned exactly where it was on the 882ft long, 46,328 ton liner, which cost £1.5 million to build 100 years ago.
The decking is all made from real wood, as is the deck furniture, which is crafted to exact proportions.
The 18ft long model of the Titanic is available to buy online for around £1.3."

Dollhead baseball and other pleasures

Shot in Nance de Riscó, Panamá.
The children featured in this video are Ngobe, Panama's largest indigenous group. Currently their way of life and the area they live in is being destroyed by the Panamanian government and an American-based company, AES to build a hydroelectric dam.

Iran official calls Barbie 'destructive'
A top Iranian judiciary official has warned against the "destructive" cultural and social consequences of importing Barbie dolls and other Western toys.the latest salvo in a more than decade-old government campaign against Barbie, Prosecutor G eneral Ghorban Ali Dori Najafabadi said in an official letter Monday to Vice President Parviz Davoudi that the doll and other Western toys are a "danger" and need to be stopped.
"The irregular importation of such toys, which unfortunately arrive through unofficial sources and smuggling, is destructive culturally and a social danger," said the letter, a copy of which was made available to The Associated Press.
Iranian markets have been inundated with smuggled Western toys in recent years partly due to a dramatic rise in purchasing power as a result of increased oil revenues.
While importing the toys is not necessarily illegal, it is discouraged by a government that seeks to protect Iranians from what it calls the negative effects of Western culture.
