Female teacher gets 6 years in student sex case
elsey Peterson, 26-year-old female teacher from Lexington, Nebraska, plead guilty to federal charges of crossing state lines to engage in sex with a person under and was sentenced to six years in prison.
Peterson was a sixth-grade teacher and coach in small town of Lexington, until Oct. 25 2007, when school officials put Peterson on administrative leave after learning that she might be in a relationship with a 13-year-old student. The school had reason to believe that 25-year-old Kelsey Peterson was having sexual relationship with 13-year-old Fernando Rodriguez.
According to police, correspondence uncovered in an investigation shows the two have had a sexual relationship for some time. Letters allegedly sent by Rodriguez while living at a home for at-risk boys in Alliance refers to teacher Kelsey Peterson as his “Baby Gurl” and says that their relationship is about more than sex. South Dakota Woman Gets Probation for Rape of a Young Boy
Marchelle West (aka Marchelle West-Boston) 28-year-old Sioux Falls woman was indicted in May 2008 by a Minnehaha County grand jury on two counts of rape of a boy who was 14 and 15 at the time. She faced up to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty in July to fourth-degree rape.
She was sentenced in September to a suspended prison term of three years - avoided jail time for having sex with a underage boy, half her age.
28-year old Marchelle West admits that hen she was 27 she had sex with a 14 year old boy.
According to court papers the mother of the juvenile victim contacted social services in October 2007 to report that Marchelle West had a sexual relationhsip with her then 14 year old son during the summer months fo 2007. The boy told police that he met West when she was staying at his friends house. According to boy West grabbed his genitals through clothes snd fondled him pulling him to the couch where they had intercourse. Boy stated that West told him it was OK to ejaculate inside of her.
Few months later, in August 2007 the victim was helping defedant to move. They then had sex scond time and the boy ejaculated inside of West again.
Victim received love letters from West which his mother later found and brought to police. In letters West states "you're not just my lover, you are my friend" and "Sometimes it is really hard for me to believe you are so young" and then "... you will always be in my life because of the baby.....you planted your seed." Mobile phone photo used to arrest New York man for sex crime
One morning last month, a 28-year-old woman was struggling up the stairs at the Dyckman Street elevated station on her way to work. Normally, she would hold her skirt around her legs, but that day she was juggling a cup of coffee, a gym bag and her purse.
She sensed the presence of someone too close to her on the stairs. She turned and saw a man peering into his cellphone. A passer-by confirmed her suspicion: The man had taken photographs under her skirt.
"I said I had to do something", the woman said on Thursday; Since he is taking pictures of me, I am going to take pictures of him.
She said she followed the man onto the southbound No. 1 train, walked through several cars and found him on a seat. She prepared her cellphone camera. He looked at her and mumbled something. "And I told him smile because I am going to the police" she said.
She took a picture, e-mailed it to the police and filed a report. On Tuesday, an officer at the 110th Street subway station at Central Park West approached a man matching the photograph, the police said. According to the police, the man, identified as Aaron Olivieri, 36, told the officer, "I hope I am not the person you are looking for." Then he said he knew why he was being stopped: because a woman on a train had taken his picture and accused him of a crime.
Mr. Olivieri was arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court on Wednesday on misdemeanor charges of unlawful surveillance, attempted sexual abuse and harassment, a criminal complaint said. A man who answered the phone at his apartment referred calls to Mr. Olivieri's lawyer, who could not be reached for comment on Thursday afternoon. Tampa woman had sexual relationship with boy, 15
Marbelis Margarita Dorado, 24-year-old Tampa woman was arrested by Hillsborough County Sheriff's Deputies for allegedly engaging in sex with a 15-year-old boy. Dorado faces charges of felony child abuse, misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
The sheriff's office said that a deputy had approached a 2004 Dodge Caravan at the park because the park closes at sundown. The deputy found Dorado and four youths – a 14-year-old girl and three boys, two of them 15 and one 14 – in the Dodge.
The deputy smelled marijuana and found a plastic baggie of it in the Dodge, the sheriff's office said. Dorado knows the youths from her neighborhood and told deputies she provided the marijuana and encouraged the youngsters to smoke it, the sheriff's office said.
The youths were released to their parents. Deputies took Dorado to a district office, where during an interview deputies learned that on Aug. 30 she had been accused by a mother of lewd and lascivious behavior with the woman's 15-year-old son. Female staffer to stand trial in student sex case
Carrie Alice Denbow, 32, a “student assistance provider” at the Hill Center Academy in Lansing, Michigan has been arrested and charged with having sexual contact with one of her students. She was arraigned on 7 counts of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree. Those are felony charges. Shehas been on paid administrative leave since December. She is the daughter of Terry Denbow, the head of MSU's University Relations department.
During sometimes contradictory testimony , a former student at Lansing's Hill Center claimed he had sex with a school counselor in a motel room while two other students also had sex. The two beds were separated by a sheet hung from the ceiling with thumbtacks, the former student, then 15, now 18, said at a preliminary hearing. He testified that he and the counselor, 32-year-old Carrie Denbow, engaged in various sexual acts that night.
A receipt from a Delta Township Motel 6 presented in court gave the date as Feb. 24, 2006.
The Okemos woman faces up to 15 years in prison on each of the counts. She remains free on bond. The former student testified he and Carrie Denbow engaged in a sexual relationship that lasted until the end of the 2006 school year. The Lansing State Journal does not identify alleged victims of sexual crimes.
The 18-year-old and Denbow did not have contact again until December 2007, he testified, after a violent incident in her office during which he threw objects, including a telephone and a glass jar. Denbow is accused of slapping him during that incident. The allegations against Denbow came that same day, and she was placed on paid administrative leave from her job.
The 18-year-old also testified that he and Denbow repeatedly had sex in her school office, even while a class was being conducted next door. "We were having sex three to four days a week in that room," the 18-year-old said.
Other sudent, Caitlin Tropp, now 19, also testified about the night at the Motel 6. Tropp said at one point, the 18-year-old got into the bed with her and her boyfriend.
Tropp said Denbow eventually followed, and while covered with a blanket, performed oral sex on the student. "It looked like oral sex to me," she told Assistant Prosecutor Guy Sweet. Colorado woman charged with sexual assault on child
Stephanie Kay Bellino, 39, an attendance clerk at Fremont Middle School who also supervises in-school suspension and detention, has been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust.

Mom Accused Of Offering 3 Children For Free Sex
Stephanie Hays, a 33-years-old Katy woman is being accused of offering to let a Missouri man have sex with three young children. She is charged with one count of possession of child pornography and one count of performance of a child.
Investigators say the children whom Hays offered for sex were a 2-year-old girl and two boys, ages 5 and 11. A man arrested in a separate investigation told federal investigators in Independence, Mo., about Hays, saying she had arranged for him to visit her home and engage in sex acts with the children. Hays did not want any money from the man in return.
Investigators said, "She claimed to offer them up on more than one occasion. She even took a week off of work to meet up with the individual."
Hays, 33, told investigators that she fantasized about child pornography. Police searched her home and found child pornography photos and videos on her computer. Officers said they found very graphic chat logs where Hays described to the man her sexual fantasies that included the children.
During the chat, investigators said Hays claimed to want to be part of the sex acts. She told investigators that she had considered sexually abusing her son and has tried to arouse him. Muskogee Woman charged with rape of 14-year-old boy
Melissa Jo Wilson, a 33-years-old Fort Gibson, Muskogee, Oklahoma woman has been arrested for allegedly raping a 14-year-old boy. Wilson has been charged with second-degree rape, lewd or indecent proposals or acts to a child under 16 and obstructing an officer.
According to court documents, Wilson had sex with the boy between June 1 and Aug. 21. She also is accused of taking the boy to a secluded area — a cemetery — for sex in her car. The obstruction charge, the documents state, came about when Wilson hid the boy in her tree house at her home to hide him from his parents and police. Teen Accused Of Sex Crimes With Dog And Child Porn
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is accusing a teenager of having sex with his dog in an act caught on videotape, and Monday he was arrested on charges of child pornography as well.
Justin Sharp, of Palm Beach Gardens, is being held in jail on $10,000 bond. Police say he had sex with his four-year-old German Shepherd and also possibly with his 8-year-old German Shepherd, when Sharp was only 17-years-old.
Deputy Sheriff Eric Davis is deeply disturbed by the case.
"The animals can't speak, they can't call 911, this is case of a human being taking advantage of an animal that can't defend himself," said Davis.
Investigators also said in a police report Monday that they found videos on a computer belonging to the teen, who is now 18, displaying young girls performing sexual acts with grown men.
According to detectives, Sharp admitted to making the video, but said he only had one encounter with the dog. However, his mother testified that her son had sex four times with the dog. Mother and son live together in a townhouse.
Detectives said they had reason to believe an eight-year-old German Sheppard was also abused, so they took away both dogs and two cats.
Sharp's case first surfaced in April when deputies raided his home and seized computers.
Neighbors are shocked.
"I'm kind of surprised….I am very sad," said neighbor Adrian Miguenz.
On Monday he was charged with one count of cruelty to animals, two counts of promoting sexual performance by a child and seven counts of possessing photographs of sexual performance by a child.
It's not known when Sharp's mother is going to be able to post bond for her son. A county judge has permanently barred both of them from ever owning animals again. Female Teacher Accused Of Sexual Assault Sentenced
Kelly M. Sweet, 26-year-old eighth-grade teacher at Deer Creek Intermediate School was charged in March 2008 with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old male student. In August Kelly Sweet pleaded guilty to fourth-degree sexual assault, a misdemeanor, as part of a plea deal that saw the prosecution drop a charge of second-degree sexual assault of a child (a felony with a potential sentence of 40 years in prison).
Sweet was sentenced to 25 days in jail and two years probation.
According to a criminal complaint, the boy was sitting on a sofa watching a movie at Sweet's apartment March 9 while Sweet, who was lying on the sofa, rested her head on his lap. A German paedophile is now walking free in his home country after he fled Thailand, where he had been arrested for having sex with underage boys.
The shocking photo (at the link) shows Wolf Rudiger E. (67) sitting on a bed with two unknown young boys (ages 13 and 15) in Pattaya, Thailand. He was arrested three months ago but was released on bail about two weeks ago, at which point he fled Thailand for his native Germany.
For now Wolf Rudiger E. is home free. The senior prosecutor responsible in the region explained: “The Federal Office of Criminal Investigation confirmed that the case in Thailand was suspended due to lack of sufficient evidence. However, we have requested the related documents.”

Woman held in teen-sex case in Cleburne
Julie von Tungeln, a 43-year old Cleburne woman has been arrested on suspicion of engaging in sexual relationships with teenage boys.
The parents of one of the boys contacted police after learning about the offense. The investigation indicates that von Tungeln engaged in sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old boy. Additional information indicates the possibility of other victims.
Von Tungeln has been charged with sexual assault, a second degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Von Tungeln was released on a $10,000 bond. Portland woman sent to prison for having sex with boy
Jasmine Nguyen, also known as Hanh Nguyen, 31-year-old Portland woman has been sentenced to 20 months in prison for having sex with a 15-year-old boy and then fleeing to Las Vegas to avoid criminal charges. She also must register as a sex offender for the rest of her life.
The boy's mother initially complained to the police about Jasmine's relationship with her son. Jasmine is accused of having sex with Nam on five occasions at different locations between August and December 2007.
Jasmine Nguyen and the boy, Nam Nguyen (no relation), were being sought by Portland Police after they disappeared prior to a grand jury session last December in which the boy was to testify. Multnomah County prosecutor Greg Moawad presented the case to the grand jury without the teenager's testimony, and the jury returned an indictment charging Jasmine Nguyen with five counts of third-degree rape.

Frostburg teacher accused of sex with student
Autumn Lee Leathers, 24, an English teacher at Mountain Ridge High School, was arrested for allegedly engaging in sex with a 15-year-old male student. She faces numerous charges, including child abuse, child sexual abuse, and sex offenses.
Officers say they were contacted by a resident, who noticed the student at Leathers’ home several times in the late evening.

Paulding County Woman Accused Of Child Molestation
Holly Michelle Barnes, 24, teacher at Powder Springs Christian School, was arrested for allegedly engaging in sex with a 14-year-old boy. Barnes has been charged with two counts each of statutory rape and child molestation.
The Paulding County Sheriffs Office characterized the investigation as ongoing and asked that anyone else with information in the case contact the Sheriffs Office Crimes Against Children unit.
Sgt. Brent Miller described the actions as "inappropriate sexual encounters" between Barnes and the juvenile.
"We ask for any parents or children with information about this case to contact the Paulding County Sheriff's Office CAC unit," said Miller. Woman sentenced to probation on felony child-sex charge
Ashley Thompson, 23-year-old married mother of three from Columbus, Kansas was sentenced to two years of intensive probation. She was accused of having sex with a 14-year-old boy, who was babysitting her children.
Thompson pleaded guilty in July to a reduced charge of felony attempted aggravated indecent liberties with a child. The plea was part of an agreement with the prosecutor. Oginally she was charged with three felony counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, alleging that she had sex with a 14-year-old child on Feb. 25, March 1 and March 2, 2007, at Thompson’s house in Columbus.
She was also charged in Jasper County with second-degree statutory rape for allegedly having sex with him on March 22 of last year, after he had turned 15, in the back seat of her car on a road near Carl Junction. The charge of statutory rape against Thompson was dismissed because her victim has refused to testify against her. Dismissal allows for refiling of charges in the future if the kid changes his mind. “My son didn’t want to see Mrs. Thompson again,” the victim’s mother said in the Cherokee County courtroom. “He didn’t want to tell the story over and over again.”
The victim’s brother said that he was with his brother March 2 at Thompson’s house in Columbus and that after Thompson returned home from her job that night, the three of them drank alcohol that Thompson had provided them. He said that Thompson went into her bedroom and his brother followed her before long. He said he remained in the living room until he heard sounds coming from the bedroom.
The brother said that when he heard the sounds, he went in to the bedroom, where he saw his brother naked on top of the Thompson having sexual intercourse with her. He said the light was off in the bedroom, but he could see clearly by the light through the open door and the window. He said he told his brother to come back into the living room, and he said his brother complied. He said his brother later told him that he had been having sex with Thompson. Woman sentenced for raping 13-year-old boy
Joy Christian, 31, from Springfield, Massachusetts, pleaded guilty 08/18 to statutory rape of a 13-year-old boy in accordance with an agreement with the prosecution. She was sentenced to two years of probation.
Christian pleaded guilty under a provision of the law that allows a person to plead guilty even if they do not remember their own actions. Christian, who said she was too drunk to remember any sexual contact with the boy, acknowledged the state had evidence to prove her guilty.
The boy was in Christian's house with a number of other people in November 2006 and both were drinking heavily. Female Teacher Accused of Sex with Boy, 12
Allanah Benton-Wells, 42-year-old elementary school teacher and mother, is accused of having sex with a 12-year-old boy who was a student her sixth grade class.
It is alleged that Benton-Wells had sex with the sixth-grade male student on two separate occasions around Halloween of 2007. Reportedly the boy was in her class and she was supposed to be tutoring at her home. The boy's mother found out about their relationship after intercepting a phone call between the two.

Female Counselor Gets Prison for Sex with Runaway Boy
Lori Zolno, 32-year-old drug and alcohol counselor was arrested in June on charges that she engaged in sex with a 16-year-old boy, a former client, after Police searched Zolno's home and found the boy hiding in a closet.
In August Zolno pleaded guilty to attempted criminal sexual assault and she was sentenced to four years in prison and she will have to register as a sex offender and will be on parole for the rest of her life as a result of the conviction.
Zolno served as a counselor for a 16-year-old boy who was a patient at Gateway from December 2006 until May 23, 2007. Mason County Woman Arrested on Child Sex Charges
Ann Marie Thacker, 30, was arrested on friday 8/15 and is charged with two felony counts of sexual assault, five counts of child neglect creating a risk of injury and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
