This is a little long... but interesting in these political times.
This is about how mind control, hate, propaganda, etc. is used in politics, genocide and war.
My purpose for posting it is simply so that people can be aware that in politics, and other areas, people are paid to pull our strings and make us react.
For example the writers of political speeches have desired outcomes.
The more charismatic the speaker the greater the outcome.

How much do you feel and think is a result of how someone else tells you how to feel and think?
In the end... what is it truly yours?
With the violence reported from the crowds at the DNC and now at the RNC (monday) I wonder... what are these people thinking?
Please don't dissect political candidates here. That's not what it's about. I simply wanted to highlight that other people often pull OUR strings. And make us aware.

Psychological Warfare

In the 1950s, visitors to a brothel atop San Francisco’s Telegraph Hill got more than just a tryst and a view of the bay. Clients were secretly dosed with LSD as CIA agents watched from behind a one-way mirror. Although it sounds like a bad late-night spy movie, Operation Midnight Climax, as it was called, was a very real part of a larger covert project called MKULTRA.
In 1953 the director of Central Intelligence, Allen W. Dulles, officially approved MKULTRA, which sought chemical, biological, and radiological approaches to interrogation and behavior modification. Early on, the experiments employed volunteers, but as the program grew, ordinary American citizens and foreign nationals became unsuspecting subjects in the studies. At least one death was directly attributed to the experiments: Army scientist Frank Olson drank Cointreau laced with LSD and committed suicide a week later.
“They launched into reckless experimentation without close medical supervision,” says psychiatrist James S. The Psychology of Trolls
Hello Everyone, this is a topic of great concern to me and to many others. The number of trolls making into the Current stream. They comes in all shapes and sizes, but the vast majority of them, in my experience, are bigoted and hateful posters.
Here is an interesting article on the psychology of trolls, and it warns us not to feed them or they will keep coming back and continue to agitate and ignite controversy.
Here is a recent exchange I have had with a troll, and I have decided to block the troll from emailing me further. I have not purposefully engaged with this troll, the troll emailed me in response to another post I did on a thread involving homosexuality.
I am providing an excerpt from that exchange, but you can see two things from this exchange.
1. that the person in question is a troll
2. that I was foolish in taking the bait to make the exchange
3. that nothing was accomplished other than to motivate me to post this thread

They Live, waking up to the Elite's Control of Our World
Capitalist Aliens are treating earth like a third world country ripe for exploitation. Earth's Human Elite have teamed up with them to subdue and exploit the planet for profit. These Aliens thrive on a CO2 rich atmosphere and they must hide their hideous appearance in order to operate on the earth. The broadcast a signal from high above a building to a satellite distribution system to camouflage their presence and integrate themselves into the society; at all levels.
So many people walk around like they are hypnotized or asleep, they cannot see that the world and everything around them is being manipulated by forces that cannot be seen readily with the naked eye. We need something that will help our awareness to grow and penetrate the smoke screen being raised to keep us from seeing the truth.
What is truth? Isn't that the Multi Billion Dollar question?
Moral Absolutism has been used to enslave and manipulate people to such an extent that they will inevitably run afoul of the social order and thus be made a head of cattle in their servitude force. Those that do not serve are prescribed medications to slowly decay and end their pitiful lives.
This video clip is a metaphor for that control and the subliminal levels to which mind control has been used to subdue the masses and satiate them to such an extent that are unable to witness the suffering and devastation and feel compassion and motivation to something to change the injustice.
Everybody is out to get what they can for themselves and not for the greater good of a larger community.

Matrix-style brain downloads will make school lessons pointless
"Children will learn by downloading information directly into their brains within 30 years, the head of Britain's top private schools organisation has predicted.
Chris Parry, the new chief executive of the Independent Schools Council, said "Matrix-style" technology would render traditional lessons obsolete. He told the Times Educational Supplement: "It's a very short route from wireless technology to actually getting the electrical connections in your brain to absorb that knowledge."

Mind Control Advertising?
Trolling down the street in Manhattan, I suddenly hear a woman's voice.
"Who's there? Who's there?" she whispers. I look around but can't figure out where it's coming from. It seems to emanate from inside my skull.
Was I going nuts? Nope. I had simply encountered a new advertising medium: hypersonic sound. It broadcasts audio in a focused beam, so that only a person standing directly in its path hears the message. In this case, the cable channel A&E was using the technology to promote a show about, naturally, the paranormal.
I'm a geek, so my first reaction was, "Cool!" But it also felt creepy.
We think of our brains as the ultimate private sanctuary, a zone where other people can't intrude without our knowledge or permission. But its boundaries are gradually eroding. Hypersonic sound is just a portent of what's coming, one of a host of emerging technologies aimed at tapping into our heads. These tools raise a fascinating, and queasy, new ethical question: Do we have a right to "mental privacy"?

It has been announced that a mind-reading headset which acts as a controller to video games, is set to hit the market.
Two weeks ago at the San Francisco Game Developers Conference, Emotiv Systems showcased their latest creation, the Epoc. The company has already said that the device could be developed for use in medicine, virtual reality, robotics, education and many other areas.
Using EEG technology, Emotiv have developed a software algorithm that decodes a person's thoughts by analysing the electrical impulses in the brain. Many brain signals originate deep inside the brain and radiate outward. By time the signal reaches the outside of the brain, or cerebral cortex, the brain can appear to be firing randomly. Simply described, the software "unfolds the cortex and takes us closer to the source of the signal."

Modern Day Prophet? Robert Anson Heinlein
Writing in the early 1960s, Heinlein accurately predicted the existence of enormous Evangelical/Fundamentalist megachurches as corporate entities controlling their own television networks and other businesses, similar to the Moral Majority, the Christian Coalition, and other historical entities.

Golden Compass is a Blast! - Don't let the fuss about the Catholic League kee...
I just came from seeing the movie that has got many in the Catholic and Evangelical Christian Communities in an uproar. The film is about a totalitarian government that has control of both the political and religious institutions. It is called the Magesterium. According to Mrs. Coulter, the part played by Nicole Kidman, the job of the Magesterium is to tell people what to do and what to think for their own good. However, disobedience is dealt with swiftly and painfully.
The story tells us that their are many parallel universes with their own unique realities. However the Magesterium wishes to be able to cross over from one universe to the other so that they can eventually control all the universes; all of them. This is megalomania to the extreme and on steroids.
I can see why Religions like the Catholics and the Evangelicals are afraid of this movie. One of the witches in the movie says that "a war is coming, you may not think that it is your war but it is your war, you just don't know it yet." Sam Elliot who plays a character named Lee Scorsby asks the witch, "what is this here quarrel all about?" And she responds, "Nothing less than your free will."
Catholic and Evangelical religion is about taking away your free will and bringing it under the authority of the church. That is why this story hits home because the Magesterium is very much like their own authority.
The Alethiometer is a device that helps you to find out the truth. In my view the Alethiometer is an allegory for our own conscience, when it is properly tuned to the source of all life, it acts as an internal compass to guide us and to protect us from lies.
