Good night's sleep is no slumber party for smokers
A study found that smokers spend less time in deep sleep than nonsmokers, and 4 times more likely to complain that their sleep did not leave them well rested. What's to blame? The nicotine (it acts as a stimulate) and the minor withdrawal that happens while you are sleeping.

Mobile phones make you confused. Or not.
"Radiation from mobile phones delays and reduces sleep, and causes headaches and confusion, according to a new study" reported The Independent on Sunday and The Daily Telegraph.
The NHS counter this, saying that despite what is reported in the newspapers, there is no suggestion within the research paper they cite that radio waves cause confusion or have any harmful affects upon mood, concentration or personality.
