A gracious Obama helping elder McCain cross stage at Debate - hehe
What do we know about McCain's use of drugs?
We know that mcCain has had serious, even potentially life threatening illnesses and as a result takes medication.
But what of that medication; what is it; how potent is it; what effects do the various medications have on him; are they mind altering; what additional drugs or increased dosages and resultant side effects can WE expect; what is his prognosis?
I want to know. I expect to be provided this information.
McCain - give up your medical records! Not to do so is only more of the same secretive government. More of the same ol' politics which ignores the people for it's own benefit.
Is it safe to have mccain's finger on the "bomb bomb Iran" button? What do we know about McCain's use of drugs? ... more -

McCain Reschedules Letterman Appearance
Republican White House hopeful John McCain will appear as a guest on the CBS ‘Late Show’ with David Letterman this week, after relentless ribbing by the comedian for the candidate’s last-minute cancellation last month amid the financial crisis.
The Arizona senator skipped his appearance on the late night show, telling Letterman he had suspended his presidential campaign so he could immediately return to Washington to participate in the negotiations on a financial bailout package in Congress.
However, McCain ended up staying in New York for another day, drawing repeated blasts by Letterman for standing him up as he tried to fill the empty airtime. To fill some of the show, the comedian discovered footage of McCain getting prepped for an interview with CBS News’ Katie Couric instead of coming on his show.
McCain will appear on Letterman program Thursday Oct. 16, the day after the third and final presidential debate. No word yet on whether McCain will be bringing some sort of peace offering. A POLE: Which candidate(s) fit the following profile... ?
From Wikipedia is the following definition. Read it and see which of the candidates you believe fits the definition.
Psychopathy (IPA: /saɪˈkɒpəθi/[1][2]) is a psychological construct that describes chronic immoral and antisocial behavior.[3] The term is often used interchangeably with sociopathy.[4] Psychopathy has been the most studied of any personality disorder. Today the term can legitimately be used in two ways. One is in the legal sense, "psychopathic personality disorder" under the Mental Health Act 1983 of the UK. The other use is as a severe form of the antisocial or dissocial personality disorder as exclusively defined by the Psychopathy Checklist-Revised (PCL-R).[5] The term "psychopathy" is often confused with psychotic disorders. It is estimated that approximately one percent of the general population are psychopaths. They are overrepresented in prison systems, politics, law enforcement agencies, law firms, and in the media.[6][7][8]
The psychopath is defined by a psychological gratification in criminal, sexual, or aggressive impulses and the inability to learn from past mistakes. Using Freudian terminology, the psychopathic personality occurs when the ego can't mediate between the id and the super-ego, thus allowing the id to run off the pleasure principle, and the super-ego has no control over the actions of the ego. In other words, individuals with this disorder gain satisfaction through their antisocial behavior as well as lacking a conscience.
Psychopathy is frequently co-morbid with other psychological disorders (particularly narcissistic personality disorder). The psychopath differs slightly from the sociopath, and may differ even more so from an individual with an antisocial personality disorder diagnosis. Nevertheless, the three terms are frequently used interchangeably. While nearly all psychopaths have antisocial personality disorder, only some individuals with antisocial personality disorder are psychopaths. Many psychologists believe that psychopathy falls on a spectrum of pathological narcissism, ranging from narcissistic personality disorder on the low end, malignant narcissism in the middle, and psychopathy on the high end.
An almost all-pervasive misconception is that psychopaths are doomed to a life of violence and crime; however, it is possible for psychopaths to become successful in many lines of work. Psychopathy is frequently mistaken with other similar personality disorders, such as dissocial personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder, and schizoid personality disorder (as well as others).
It is also important to note that psychopathy is a syndrome or a psychological construct, while antisocial personality disorder is a diagnosis.

Same old sh#t from the palin' mcSame campaign!
For a man who claims to represent change, from a man who self-titled himself a Maverick, from an old Washington insider we get:
- misrepresentations and outright lies
- intentionally misleading people evoking, be they staged or not, hatred and fearful outbursts toward a respected United States Senator and likely the next United States President;
- a nobody Vice Presidential running mate who epitomizes the worst of soccer moms or the worst of pit bulls with lip stick who also lies and distorts the truth;
- a VP candidate with precious little knowledge or comprehension of national or international issues;
Is this any different that what the Busheney gang has perpetrated against Americans and the nature of the Iraqi threat, let's not for get the now executed Sadam? Isn't this business as usual for the unscrupulous Washington culture desperately grasping for any thing to stay in control?
What is the change he offers us? Correct me if I am wrong, but it's just the same ol' sh#t isn't it?
There is a serious problem with a person who wants to win at any cost. There is an even bigger problem with a person who isn't aware that there is a cost to his / her actions. What if an individual who (foolishly) trusts 'palin' mcSame', acted out of mcSame's provocations and attempted to murder Obama or his family?
Would mcLame deserve a public hanging for his willful and malicious provocations of hatred, anger and fear toward Obama and disregard for the health and well being of a respected United States Senator? And for what? So he could claim the Whitehouse in the last years of his life for mccain's ego's sake?
Seeing the lengths mcLame is willing to go WIN, does anybody, ANYBODY need to know any more about the psychological makeup of John McCain and Sarah Palin?
Judgment? How about sanity? How about integrity? How about pathology? Isn't it clear he's acting as a psychopath to everyone? Of course I'm preaching to the choir here. For a man who claims to represent change, from a man who self-titled himself a Maverick, from an old Washington insider we get: ... more -

GOP's Christopher Buckley Backs Obama
The son of the late U.S. conservative icon William F. Buckley says he's voting for Democratic U.S. presidential nominee Barack Obama.
Christopher Buckley, a staunch Republican and columnist for the conservative National Review magazine, revealed Friday that for the first time in his life he will vote for a Democrat for president next month, CNN reported.
"It's a good thing my dear old mum and pup (sic) are no longer alive," Buckley wrote on the Web site The Daily Beast. "They'd cut off my allowance."
Buckley said Obama, a U.S. senator from Illinois, "has in him -- I think, despite his sometimes airy-fairy 'We are the people we have been waiting for' silly rhetoric -- the potential to be a good, perhaps even great leader. He is, it seems clear enough, what the historical moment seems to be calling for." The son of the late U.S. conservative icon William F. The tops in Halloween costumes
By Megan K. Scott
Mercury News
Article Launched: 10/10/2008 12:00:00 AM PDT
Hollywood is going trick-or-treating again.
Costume suppliers predict the top Halloween costumes this year will come from summer blockbusters and cable TV's Disney Channel.
Thanks to "The Dark Knight,'' Batman is a top costume for children, adults and pets, according to the National Retail Federation, while iParty's list of children's favorites adds the Joker, "Star Wars,'' Harry Potter and Hannah Montana.
Popular adult costumes are a pirate and a French maid, a variation on the revealing costumes popular for women. Politics is another popular theme, and you can expect a lot of Sarah Palins at Halloween parties later this month.
"Ghosts, mummies, witches always sell, and sometimes they sell extremely well,'' says Sal Perisano, CEO of iParty, a Web site that specializes in costumes and decorations. "However, pop culture in recent years has pretty much dictated what drives the bestsellers.'' ReprintPrint Email Font Resize The tops in Halloween costumes By Megan K. Scott Mercury News ... more -
