Naked tourist in Japanese moat
A Spanish tourist has been arrested after swimming naked in the moat of the Imperial Palace in Tokyo.
The man spent an hour in the water before he tried to make his escape, hurling rocks at police and charging at them with a long stick, before jumping back into the water. He then tried to make a getaway by climbing the moat wall, only to find police waiting for him at the top. British backpacker shot in the back five times
A British backpacker has reportedly been the victim of a 'mysterious murder' in the Argentinian city of Moron, which lies just outside of Buenos Aires.
Argentinian police believe 29-year-old Harry Christopher was the victim of a a 'bungled robbery' by two men on a moped who shot him five times with a 9mm-calibre pistol.
Chief prosecutor Federico Nieve Woodgate is reported to have said: "Mr Christopher died in the street after being shot several times by one of two men riding a moped. From the accounts of witnesses it seems to have been a bungled robbery." British girl found cut up in suitcase
It has emerged that the remains of a seventeen year old British girl have been discovered in a suitcase in central Brazil.
Cara Marie Burke' body was found by officers in Goiania on Monday, the friend with whom she was travelling, Dioli Mohammed, a British citizen of Turkish descent, was subsequently arrested, but latest reports claim a man has confessed to the killing.

Before jumping and condeming what is obviously a passion to many people around the world i felt the need to experience it first hand before forming an opinion. Hence I have come to the conclusion that although the intention is genuinely not for the chicken die and the owners do actually have some affection for their prize-fighters (e.g. When one man was giving his chicken CPR), it was still too much for me to handle.Having been to a Bullfight and admired not the killing but the matadors bravery and enjoyed the experience I found myself unable to enjoy the spectacle since the chickens are forced to fight with no alternative and the result is always a frightened animal in danger, as opposed to a Bullfight where there is the prospect of human risk.
