Milo Ventimiglia talks about his fitness
In an interview with Men's Fitness, Milo said this about keeping up his hot body:
"'I get beat up, Im bloodied, Im in a flying harness, Im knocked down. Ive definitely had a lot of bumps and bruises,' says Milo, who does a lot of his own stunt work. 'Ive got to keep myself strong and flexible and in the right state of body to do a lot of those things.'"
