Today I lectured about internet/tv convergence in an undergraduate class in the Information Studies department at UCLA. I showed my pod Secular Iraqi Refugees and followed it up with the 'peep' Andrew did on how my Iraqi friends posted messages on Current.com. I did this to illustrate how anthropology or citizen journalism is changing in the age of convergence and the Current-led democratizing of new media.
