Duke Lacrosse Players Sue
The three players filed suit in federal court today against the disbarred prosecutor Mike Nifong, as well as the former police chief, 2 police investigators, the city, and just about anyone else they could think of. 14 people in total are named in the suit, which was filed a month after the boys offered a settlement of $30 million and several legal reforms. When that offer was unanswered, attorneys for the players filed the suit as promised.As a Duke alum...I just wish this could all end.
